Anybody but me confused how we went from summery background on Mystery Island to snowmen on a snowy backdrop?

Yeah, artwork is definitely wonky (and nonsensical). Not only that, but it appears that the Abominable Snowball is unclickable.

Anybody but me confused how we went from summery background on Mystery Island to snowmen on a snowy backdrop? Ryshu is a ninja. There is absolutely nothing stopping him from throwing it halfway around Neopia aimed perfectly at a group of snowmen.

I have no idea what's meant to be happening in today's animation Like, that's his kid? Or he gets younger and becomes him? And what... you just need a watch to hatch it?

I have no idea what's meant to be happening in today's animation Like, that's his kid? Or he gets younger and becomes him? And what... you just need a watch to hatch it? My best theory is that he's a stage magician. He draws your attention to the shiny old-fashioned watch and then when you next look, he has an egg under his cloth where one wasn't before. (Watches and eggs are both fairly common objects for conjuring tricks, being small and easily pocketable. They're also good items to threaten with mock danger, being easily breakable.) Then as an actually-magical finale, Boochi pops out of the egg. Now how did he do that, ladies and gentlemen? I'm not sure why the igloo is there, though, nor the Bruce's rather garish jumper. Aren't Bruces natural inhabitants of cold climates? You wouldn't think they would need jumpers.

Well, what I got from Day 5 is this: I think that the Adult Bruce was checking their watch to see if it was time for the Egg to hatch, and it was, so they took it out from under the warmth of the blanket, and then a Baby Bruce hatched.

I have no idea what's meant to be happening in today's animation Like, that's his kid? Or he gets younger and becomes him? And what... you just need a watch to hatch it? I pretty much agree with June Scarlet. We zoom into a home of a soon-to-be-parent Bruce who's eagerly awaiting for his child's egg to hatch (which is why he checks his watch to see how much time has passed and is keeping it under a blanket to keep it warm/speed up its hatching). Finally the egg shakes so he puts it on the floor to let the baby Bruce hatch from it (and it somehow already has a scarf on).
I know we typically don't link Bruce from hatching from Eggs... except they're based on penguins and we have other Neopets who hatch from eggs like Draiks and Pteri. Buzz, Chomby, Grarrl, Hissi, Jetsam(?), Koi, Krawk, Lenny, Nimmo, Quiggle, Ruki, and Techo also probably hatch from eggs like their real world counterparts and I'm sure a few other Neopets as well.
I think the problem with this animation was the presentation. Why was he walking around with the egg? Shouldn't the egg have its own warm cradle to be in so it can both incubate and have a cuddly place for the baby to hatch in instead of on the floor? Also time frame could be a bit of a problem; why exactly was he looking at his watch? Does he know the egg's hatch date which is today and he's eagerly awaiting for that moment? Is he checking to see how long he has been waiting (if that's the case they should have done a time lapse thing to get that across). Also where is the mother? If the father knew it was time shouldn't the mother or are we missing something here (like the mother went out and while she was out the egg started shaking which is why the father is pacing back and forth trying to warm it up to hatch).

Plot twist: Neopian genetics being what they are, this could equally easily have hatched into a Grarrl (lookin' at you, Tale of Woe). In any case neopets hatching their eggs under warm blankets makes a mite more sense in the context of a kiddy-kiddy virtual petsite than the Bruce actually sitting on the egg to hatch it. Duke Pikachu - penguins do equal-opportunity hatching in that the male and female take turns hatching the eggs so it's essentially a lucky shot at who happens to be there first when things get crackin'. And when things get crackin' is an equally lucky shot - babies can easily go several days overdue and then you'll be pacing around checking the clock like nobody's business.

Wow, my guess was miles out. xD So that wasn't supposed to be Boochi? I'm finding it very tricky to tell when Advent animation characters are meant to be someone in particular and when they're just generic Neopets. A consequence of varying art styles, I guess.

So that one was. Dumb. XD;
Also, animation error with the Bruce's beak towards the end- he appears to have two mouths.
