Ten Years! (...and a few days, shhhh)

Hahaha, so, ten years ago from this past Friday, I joined the forum! I noticed early last week that this Very Big NTWFiversary was coming up...and then by Wednesday completely forgot about it \ o /

So, my memory may not have improved any, but having the NTWF in my life has made a lot of other, more important parts of me and my life way better. You guys have been a consistent community of friends - even when a lot of offline people were not being any of those things - who are equally fun and enlightening to talk to, sympathetic and helpful in times of hardship, and of course wonderful writers/artists/programmers/musicians/crafters/nerds/idea-generators/comedians/experts in your fields/world-builders/all the other things I'm inevitably forgetting because poor memory (see how it all ties back together)!

You guys have helped not only encourage but improve my writing, as well as my art, and heck, I've even gotten to code stuff for you guys lately, which has been not only a blast but a real learning experience as well. The forum's been here to help me through rough times, and celebrate the good ones, endured the years it took me to figure out how to do this whole "humor" thing, and those drama-llama-Tiger years of which we shall not speak <.< Heck, I've been here all through college, and goodness Woo knows I needed somewhere to vent and sneak to during class.

Basically, y'all have been a huge part of making my life pretty darn awesome \ o / So thank you all for the past ten years, and I hope to see ten more! Maybe by 2025 I'll even have hit ten-thousand posts, like a proper Old Fogey =O
