The fire Kyrii ran his fingers through his hair and sighed.Jace: Stay here, I'll be right back. He ran back to the bar, cracked open the door, and yelled inside.Jace: Van! Get your -redacted- out here! He was answered by a bullet flying though the door and over his head. He jogged away from the bar again, and a golden Blumaroo exited and followed him. The pair stopped before Occii-Leii, "Van" picking bullets out of their metal-looking flesh.Van: You should have seen their faces. It was priceless. Oooh, what do we have here? Van slowly circled Occii-Leii. Occii-Leii: I am Occii-Leii. Medical assistant. I advise against tampering with my construct as I contain volitile materials. I have lost my patient. Van: Cutie. They glanced at Jace and smirked, then faced what they thought was Occii's front.Van: Baby-sitting it is. Okay, Occii, what's your patient look like? Jace glanced around their area, as if hoping the patient would appear there. A bullet whizzed by him and struck Van in the head. Van staggered a little, then fished the bullet out of their flash.Van: I'm sorry, please excuse me. I need to knock this guy's teeth out real quick. The ran for the offending shooter, who cursed and ran away. Van gave chase. Jace sighed and put a hand on Occii's frame.Jace: Never mind them, Van can catch up later. Let's go this way. They gestured to a path leading away from the bar. |
