Outside was a feathery creature about the size of a minivan. They were black with four-leaf clover looking green spots, and somewhat resembled a pterodactyl or a dragon. They shook their feathers and emitted a deep noted sound when approached. Fish hugged them. Oirdz: interesting. Fish: If you have questions, we can try to answer them. |

RIthivaland made another low, thrumming noise. Fish released the hug and turned to face Oirdz. They kept a hand on Rithivaland, and her large clawed hand reached out to gently wrap around them.Fish: If you have questions, we can try to answer them. Oirdz: I do not believe I have any to ask. Fish: She wants to clarify that by cross she means if you try to kill her or a member of her crew she will rip your throat out. Otherwise, throat-ripping is saved as a last resort on a case-by-case basis. Silver: By my recollection the cook's food on that ship does more throat ripping than the captain. Rith wheezed with something like laughter. Silver held up the device she'd brought out.Silver: Head down please. Rith obeyed, lowering herself to the ground and releasing Fish as she did. Silver began strapping everything down and positioning it. |

Their own language is difficult to learn because each sound they make is a different letter depending on the note you hit, so they often find themselves the speakers of foreign tongues.
