For those interested, the prize shop is up again. They've added another existing item and uploaded a few item images. Looking more likely they aren't going to remove the existing items - and the new art is of typical JS quality  |

Right, I forgot that's the reason for the final bye day. And since we know that the 'winner' is Kiko Lake...
EDIT: Okay, the Cup's been 'extended' by one day, thanks to the downtime. Can anyone confirm that they can receive points from the games?

Of course that doesn't help the new items which have the JS art. I hate to ask but can you post what some of them look like? I'm not going to the prize shop until they announce it on the news just in case there's still a problem. Right, I forgot that's the reason for the final bye day. I send in some Make Some Noise scores and they didn't count, so the Cup is over. They just extended how much time they're giving themselves to "tally" the scores (like they need to. It's done automatically and I think we have a clear picture who first, second, and third place is). |

It will auto-update when you visit the prize shop once it opens (or if they accidentally release it again)

The prize shop is open!... and its as bad a people says it is. You know JS, all you had to do was copy a previous year's prize shop set-up. I could even create a few quick lists right now. But for some reason you decided you were experts on how prize shops should be set-up and created the worst one I've ever seen. And that's including the Tale of Woe's prize shop. I'll explain my thoughts later on during the day, but here is a quick list of some current problems I want to address:
1. The trophy I told I got looked exactly like the same one from last year. On top of that, despite being told it was added to my lookup, it wasn't.
2. At the turn of the new day there was actually a glitch where for a little while you could still submit points. So for some people its possible their stats may show they've gotten over the max amount of played games they should have.
3. Missing points! Some people are noticing that their total prize points and points remaining aren't the same even though they haven't spent anything yet (there spent points is at 0). And no, this isn't just effecting those who played after midnight on the 3rd, it actually seems like everybody are missing points. I myself am missing about 1k. Now while the amount missing isn't that big, still you earned those points and should be allowed to spend them.

I did warn you guys  None of the album items are working currently, but the gift coin is worrying - JS so far have struggled to realise that non-stamps can still be stamps in action. They may think the coin is meant to just be a gift like the batman mask from the staff shop. So who's looking forward to the inevitable Desert Diplomacy reskin they'll have planned for August? Neopets is so fun these days, it's like watching someone go to the toilet on your lawn. |
