*cringe* I kind of sensed this coming after everything that's happened. We'll miss you, Droplet. Best wishes to you and the baby.

This is terrible news, I'm so sorry Droplet! I'm sure with your skill and talent you'll find another job, probably even one that pays better and has a more welcoming environment. And of course you're always welcome here, on JN, and I'm sure every other Neopet fan site. While I've only been writing articles very recently, I've always enjoyed reading through the times. For a weekly features it was always quality work, especially noticeable when there was a holiday or special issue. I can't even imagine all the articles, comics, and stories you went through to put it together. Like with the rest of TNT who were let go, JS don't know what they've done and you'll be missed. I don't know what else to say without sounding I'm rambling on, so I'll just leave off with this: GOOD BYE, DROPLET!

Thank you, Droplet, for all the time and effort you put into the NT. Thank you for giving us a creative outlet for years, a place to read and a reason to write. Thanks for inspiring me to be a better cartoonist, and thanks for being a part of my childhood. We're gonna miss you so much. Whatever you do next, I hope it's something you love just as much.

I'm not that good at expressing my feelings directly, but I am sad to see you go. Thank you for encouraging all of us, and personally, for making me feel like my eccentricities were a gift rather than a curse. Good luck to you and babby moving forwards.

We're not released to the public yet, but at some point we'll need an editor for our writing contests. Just saying.

Oh gosh, I'm so sad and sorry to hear this news, Droplet. You made the NT a wonderful thing, and for me, at least, Neopets wouldn't be the same without it. I'm wishing the best for you and your family. Wherever you wind up is going to be very lucky to have you.

Droplet, I am sorry to see you go. I remember when Snowflake first introduced you and was worried whether you would be accepted, just like when she took the place of Josh before her.
Of all the NT Editors, you lasted the longest and earned the respect and admiration of the writing community by working with us to try and bridge the demands of TNT and the creativity of all of us crazy people who wanted to express ourselves.
You will truly be missed. I hope you are able to quickly find an opening that'll fit your talents.
All the best to you and your family.

I am so truly sorry, Droplet. From a player perspective this is devastating news and I cannot imagine how it feels for you. I am so angry all over again at the new parent company - you deserved better than what they have done.

I just want one Neostaffer, upon being let go, to blast "I Want Out" loud enough for the people walking past the office building to hear. The ultimate "You can't fire me, I quit" song. I don't doubt Droplet will find employment soon enough. Concern over the futures of the jilted Neostaff have led me to look into job availability and I'm hearing good things. So fingers crossed.
But do we know that Jumpstaff is even able to continue the Times as is? Did they ask for instructions from Droplet or was it her initiative that made her send in instructions? See, Droplet worked there and even she didn't know what the future of the Times would be. She thought they would be able to provide a substitute editor, had good reason to believe they would, but turns out they didn't. Droplet might have good reason to believe they'll take her instructions and do things with them, but how can we know for sure they will?

Droplet, I'm so sorry. It's truly awful that that happened and I want to say thank you for all the reading and all the patience and all the fun. Also...I'm not sure if someone said this already but I don't think there'd be any reason you can't be here on the forum. As the editor of the NT it was like you treated us and our work as your own. It felt that way to me at least. Whatever happens, we're here with open arms and lots of support.

Dropet I am so sorry this happened. As you can see you will be missed.
The NT is one of the reasons I'm where I am today in terms of skill level and knowing what I want to do in life.
I wish you luck with your baby and in finding a new job.

This is unfair! Droplet, you loved your job, and it showed. I can sense you put your heart in it. I'd like to wish you the best luck in everything you do, with your baby and your future projects. I'm sure you will find a wonderful job very soon, but we'll miss you a lot. You're the best! Also, I'd like to thank you for publishing my little comics. You made me really happy. Thanks for giving me a reason to enjoy being creative once again. I really needed that. PS. Why, JumpStart? Why? *Extreme sadness*
