Bumping this as it has been a while. Signups are still open, so get in on the fun! Remember, if you were a vampire in the last one, I'd love for permission to include you again.

(Late and irrelevant reply, but: there's no such thing as a boring person! If someone finds you boring, they just don't know how to appreciate you <3) Awww. Thanks. I was mostly just poking fun at myself. I don't know that anyone has ever called me boring, actually. Well, save for the kid in high school who had NO idea what I'd do for fun if I wasn't out drinking and partying. I haven't been checking this thread for a while, but Thorn has something to contribute! I have no persona either, and Kristy put me in her last story. =) You needn't worry about things like that! (also I totally identify with that not drinking/partaaay hard thing, aha. Thankfully most of the people around me just accept that I'm not really into it).

Yes! Definitely up for this (if it's not too late). I'd probably be useless as a slayer unless I was slaying enemies of Dr. Sloth, but I started reading through your first story last night and it got me thinking about how a vampire version of me would work.
What I got was this:
(The third is based on my reaction to killing flies or other small pests. Seriously, I would not make a good slayer. I'd probably be crying and/or screaming the entire time and end up doing something really stupid that gets me killed. (Assuming I recognise their faces. If I don't it would probably be easier for me to rationalise their deaths, but I'd still find it extremely draining. I'm not built for mass murder, even if I am handy with a blaster.))
I'm most comfortable with they or ey pronouns - whichever feels most natural when you're writing. As for roles, I'm not picky. As long as it brings out my eccentricity I'm good.

Hehehe I would not make a good slayer either. Nor vampire... Are there other options? lol I took an online quiz once about how long you'd survive in a horror movie. Almost all my answers involved screaming, running and/or hiding. I laughed and thought (and then posted on facebook) "Clearly this quiz does not understand that my "run" looks like some lame attempt at dancing an Irish jig." Not to mention that, to quote a t-shirt I've seen, I run slower than a heard of turtles stampeding through peanut butter. What I really need is a t-shirt like this that replaces "run" with "walk." And, after that digression, I now return you to your regularly scheduled thread.

So, it has been pointed out to me that I kinda left things hanging and an update would be appreciated. I got very sick last year, so I did not work on either the sequel or the prequel for most of last year. I'm working (slowly) on Prelude and hope to have that ready soon, by the Spring maybe.
I can't give a definite idea on when I'll finish Crescendo, but I'm going to shoot for Fall/Christmas again.
We'll see how that goes.
Sorry about this guys. Also, if you're still interested in being in Crescendo, please repost. It looks like some of the people who signed up might have moved on, and I'd prefer to use current members in case I have questions about their personas.
