Sorry for double posting, but I'm doing the mega crossword (since I don't even know where to start with those glyphs), but some of the questions have me completely perplexed. I'm either dumb, or they're references to things that I don't have knowledge of or am not picking up on. If anyone can drop me a few hints, I'd appreciate it.
5) "Err Sorry! Due to an angry bear unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to locate the clue you are searching for. Please try again.
11) These friendly little creatures can usually be found in dry, sandy places. Once dry, they can be sent to the tunnel of mystery to get covered in paint!
14) These guys are much better than sun ferrets and moon minks!
17) These small plasma creatures have highly unstable genetics, making them highly customizable pets!
3. An in-joke relating to what *really* causes errors that occur on the forum.
11 and 17 are both different kinds of adoptables.

(The glyphs were used in last year's puzzle, as well.)
There's a certain page that shows up when the forum is down or being glitchy, and forumers have given a certain affectionate nickname to that bear.

Hey guys! Jayeee and I had been working on the puzzle together, and we got a little busy for a while, but now we're back in action! Anyway, we're nearly done now, but we're a little stumped by the second and third glyphs (blue and green). Anyone has any hints they could share with us? |

Hey guys! Jayeee and I had been working on the puzzle together, and we got a little busy for a while, but now we're back in action! Anyway, we're nearly done now, but we're a little stumped by the second and third glyphs (blue and green). Anyone has any hints they could share with us? For green - I believe it was Carrie who gave the hint this way, but you don't have to leave the thread to solve it =) Also - take it literally. Very literally. For blue - It's way, way easier than you think. If you think the answer is so simple it couldn't possibly be right, you're on the right track. Also, while we're giving out hints - anyone wanna throw a bone my way regarding Clue 5? I know it's supposed to be insanely simple but I already threw the most obvious answer I could think of at Killix and it was not correct XD |

XDD I hope we gave Killix a nice laugh. But anyway. Killix said to think of the simplest way to help them solve their problem, and that's the key to it. But if you need an extra nudge, my hint for that would be to keep in mind there's a reason the clue is a picture, not text. |

I think someone earlier said it's hard to give a hint without giving too much away, but I'm gonna try. I feel like I'm being obscure enough, but just in case I'm sticking a spoiler here.
I'd say ignore the person's face.
I think my first wrong answer for that one was best though. I'll post it when the contest is over, because it kind of eliminates things one could guess. |

1. Keep in mind that the link was part of the prize for solving the bingo pictures.
2. If it's not intuitive by then you might be blind like I was for the first half an hour.
Incidentally, on the topic of the blue scroll, I put in a lot of work on a wrong answer that was based on reading and ended up getting the correct answer by accident, so. |
