We all have 'em! Is it embarrassing? Yes. Is it weird? Yes. Is it creepy? Oh hell yeah, but considering the amount of information and images that we are bombarded with daily, we can't help but create, what people call, "celebrity crushes". So, tell us, who are yours? :3 Lieutenant Karl-Emil Schafer had the best smile the WW1's Lufftwaffe had to offer, not to mention an incredible optimism and envious brain (he spoke english, german and french...fluently). Now speaking of more current personalities: Michael Pitt and Matthias Schweighöfer always make me act stupid and goodle their pictures. Now, please, don't leave me hanging...who are yours? They can go from historic icons to cartoons characters, writers, poets...you name 'em, we'll hear 'em! Share your creepy side!

Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) in Suits? Oh MAN. 85% of the reason I watch that show.
I also find T.I. completely irresistible.
I'm sure there are plenty of others, those are just the two that come to mind right now ; D

Hm... let's see... There was Ronan Keating during my Boygroup phase in the 90s (yep I'm that old), there was of course Legolas during LotR as well as Allen Shezar from VoE (I certainly did like guys with long blond hair at that time). Ongoing crush would be Severus Snape, and in conjunction with that Alan Rickman's voice (only the voice... well, yes, the man himself is a good actor, but I only have the crush on his voice).

Fictional characters count? Oh, well, then. If I tried to list them all, you'd all find out how weird I am, and we can't have that. :3
But I am going to throw in... Dr. Cox from Scrubs.
^ Honestly, I have no idea why this is. I have no physical attraction to John C. McGinley (okay curly hair yes okay but that is it) and the entire shtick of the character is that he is horrible to live with. But somehow it works. O^O
(On that note... I notice it's really, really easy for me to get a crush on a character when I'm safely behind a screen, when I would probably snap and murder that person if I had to actually deal with them every day. xD;)

I've never been super into celebrities, but I definitely have had a lot of fictional character crushes over the years, many of whom you all are probably well aware of. XD *pokes avatar lol*
I also have this tendency of crushing on my own characters, which is probably a bit weirder. >_> <_<

Actually, I don't watch a lot of TV or recognize most actress' names from live-action movies, so... forget I was here. <_<

#firstmaletopost Actually, I don't watch a lot of TV or recognize most actress' names from live-action movies, so... forget I was here. <_< Allright, I'll name some actresses. Prepare for an obscure list! To start, Elina Garanca in the role of Carmen. The woman is pretty and has a beautiful voice, and Carmen really lets her show it off. See her rendition of the Habanera for reference. Next on the list is Leigh Ann Larkin. She hasn't done much, but she's played Dainty June in Gypsy and Petra in A Little Night Music quite well, and that's good enough for me. I actually heard her first on the Broadway revival recording of the latter, and associated her more with Dainty June (although The Miller's Son is a very awesome song). Then I actually saw ALNM a couple of days ago, realized what role she was actually playing, and listened to her recording again. I was impressed. I'd stop here, but I kind of want more obscure names so here's some dead people. Jessie Bond. She's dead, but she originated a number of G&S roles including Mad Margaret in Ruddigore, Phoebe in The Yeomen of the Guard, and Tessa in The Gondoliers. Similarly, Geraldine Ulmar, who originated Elsie ( Yeomen) and Gianetta ( Gondoliers). And that's all for now.

Summer Glau
Natalie Portman
Jenna Louise Coleman
Karen Gillan
Morena Baccarin
I'm sure there's a few others, but hey, there we go.

JOHN GREEN. Hah, not really. XD He's the first one that came to mind, but although I respect, admire and love both John and Hank Green, I don't have crushes on them. I do, however, maybe have a celebrity crush on Charlie McDonnell >_> I don't get a lot of celebrity crushes, though. There was a time when my friends decided it would be fun for each of us to think of 3 actors we liked (our top three, I guess?) and I couldn't even think of ONE. XD; I just... don't get attracted to people just for looks. It's kind of awkward sometimes. >>;

XD; I just... don't get attracted to people just for looks. It's kind of awkward sometimes. >>; Same. XD; I can find celebrities physically attractive, but not really anything like a crush. The attraction to personalities means that the only "celebrity" crushes I can consider having are two LPers who are rarely actually on camera, so that makes it even weirder XD; Ah, I'm glad I'm not alone! I mean, I can recognize when people are good looking, but honestly, I think most celebrities are, and that doesn't mean it'll make me like them or have any sort of feelings for them, since I don't really know anything about them. XD But that's why my crush is a vlogger, I guess, because I get to know more of his personality through his videos, and yeah. >_>

I don't know that I could say I had any 'crushes'. I mean, I enjoy watching Steve Mcqueen in Bullitt probably more than is reasonable but the same could be said about the green Ford Mustang in the same movie (omg).
I guess the closest I come is Jeffrey Combs. That dude is adorkable.
Others presented in no particular order: Idris Elba Daniel Craig Gillian Anderson
