PM-a-Friend - 2013-revival - New round 10/14

Welcome to another revival of this beloved institution: PM-a-Friend!

For those of you who don't know what PM-a-Friend is, it's a forum event originally dreamed up by Carrie and Squiesh to help people get to know each other on the forum. And no matter how often real life interfered and prevented the organizers from continuing it, there were always others to take over and now it's returned, once again, with Terra and me as hosts!

What happens is, every second week (at least in theory), those involved with the event will be randomly paired with each other and will start a PM conversation. You can talk about whatever you want for as long as you want, since our goal is to get to know each other better. You don't have to be clever or overly interesting, just share your life and what you're about and you might find your PM buddy becomes a wonderful new friend.

To prevent introductions from getting repetitive in the third or fourth round (or for those who have been participating in PM-a-Friend since the beginning), we will also provide an additional topic for conversation. What kind of topic? Well, that will be a surprise and of course if you don't like the topic you can always ignore it.

Also, as we all know, real life has the nasty habit to interfere at times. Need to sit out a round or two? No problem, but please let us know so that we don't pair you up with someone who is then disappointed for not receiving an answer.
