I wonder if type of keyboard matters (e.g mechanical, membrane, scissor-switch etc.).
I assumed that this applies for different key combos:
Left Shift + Caps Lock gives me this ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRTUVYZ

I think the funniest thing is that it's not at all consistent with what letters are missing. I wonder if it's different between OSs more, or browsers?

I'm pretty sure a post on a previous page pointed out that it varies with the wiring of the keyboard you're using. Also, you'll notice that the ones that don't show up are usually laid out in some sort of pattern, or in clusters, or mostly in the same row, or something like that. EDIT: This post apparently

Yeah I think this is definitely a hardware issue and probably not a common use case that a hardware manufacturer will test for lol.
