Sheesh, at least don't hit me in my strikethroughs. ._. And yeah, that's one way, though it's not exactly standard in plays I've read. But then again, it seems a little off for my characters to do soliloquies when it's not in their character to talk to themselves.  Malkavia: ... OH. General use, but mostly character dialogue/thoughts, particularly with the character thoughts narrating.  Maybe a title font as well. Actually, if you know two different fonts that could work for speech/thoughts (not to differentiate between the two, just two fonts that could both work for those purposes), that'd probably be helpful.  (If it's not too much trouble, maybe show a few to choose between so a preferred font could be picked. Maybe with title fonts as well.  ) On another note, I think I've got the MoDEoN posts edited-done now. ((I'll be back.)) I'll put it this way: Komika is an unlockable comic artist found in Soulstice  For thoughts I recommend italics. Other fonts to look at: Suplexmentary Comic is alright, DK Harimau is alright, but I don't like the lower case 'g', Manga Temple is good for titles, because it is an ALL CAPS FONT, and Chinacat has a certain elegance to it. You could always use Comic Sans, since a comic/manga is a legitimate reason to. ((aaaand then Proboards backed up and I fell asleep.)) Unlockable?  Yeah, I know the backup thing. Though now I'm curious about making a character talk to themselves as a nervous habit. xD Such as: "Of course I'll help you! Even though I think you're a mangy cur. Let's do it!" |

He comes around now and again, though XD There might be other perks for unlocking a character, I dunno, I haven't decided yet. Hoyle is an unlockable character as well. They may all get ratings on how difficult they are to unlock. Hoyle's pretty easy. Hope you had fun. I hung out with a friend of mine from college who was in town.  |

... Microsoft Word wants to replace "me getting", as in "Any chance of me getting [whatever]?" with either "me gets", "me is getting", or "me was getting". Now it wants to replace "boys, that's" as in "Alright, boys, that's enough." with either "boys, that are", or "a boy, that's".  |

Yeah. I think the main problem is whoever it is at Microsoft who makes Microsoft Office doesn't consider the possibility that people may use them for things other than office work, so Microsoft Word is programmed to correct the kinds of grammar mistakes someone in middle management would make, while ignoring the true intricacies of human speech pattern like the ones you might find in a novel. |
