Ooh... The package is in the mail...  ... I might like "Crunchy Taco". "Untamed" works too. I don't mind 'Crunchy' since I think 'crunchy' and 'hard' are pretty interchangeable when it comes to the food. It does have three more letters, though that probably wouldn't be a huge deal.
