Just a little update. It seems some of the tumblr linked pictures have broken for some reason. All recent or really old links seem to be working, But everything from this post on page 4 to the first post of page 6 have broken links. I have no idea why it's done this as every other tumblr link is working. Unless I've linked them wrong and since then things have changed. Still, I will see if I can fix these at a later date. |

Yo. I need some opinions and what not about some things. It mainly has to do with my artwork so I thought I'd post this here.
So, I'm thinking about starting up commissions again, but there are a few things stopping me or that I'm a little unsure of. (mainly the fact I think my work is horrible and that last time I did a poor job.)
I want to start off small. At this current moment I'm not very confidante on fall body drawings, and I kinda don't want to draw them and end up disappointing people with the horrible way I draw anatomy.
I see all these other people offering so much more and just being all cool about it. Yet I'm absolutely TERRIFIED about my full body drawings! And if the customer isn't impressed, I feel like I've messed up and I begin to think I'm just a terrible person and a terrible artist who can't do anything.
I don't mind doing head shot/busts because I find those really fun! And icons/avatars I love doing! (animated or not. Both I like!) Which is why I kinda just want to start off with those. I want to start off with something that I actually enjoy! And slowly, over time work my way up.
But I'm just wondering...is it enough? And is it OK?
And sorry if this is posted in the wrong place. Just tell me if it needs to be posted somewhere else and I'll do that.

Of course it's okay!  If you're worried about the quality of your work (which, I don't think you should be; your sketches definitely seem pretty nice and unique), you can always start with a low price point, and if you get tons of requests/commissions, bump it up. Keep doing that until you get to a point where you have as many commissions as you'd like to work on and still get good money from it.  |

I actually don't think your anatomy is "bad". It's more stylized than anything, and once you've established your own art style, don't try and change it unless it's absolutely necessary, and it's not necessary at all in this case.

It's been a while. Have some Pokemon drawings and some facts! Because 20 years, holy moly. I remember when Pokemon first came to NZ. I suddenly feel rather old.  - I always wanted a Flaffy, Because Sheep are one of my favourite animals.  - Giratina was my first legendary Pokemon. Also the first of them to be apart of my team! It’s also my all time favourite legendary with Diancie a close second.  - Cyndaquil was my first starter and Typhlosion is my most favourite of all the final evolutions of the starter Pokemon. I drew these as examples. I'm OFFICIALLY opening up commissions soon. (I know I've said it many times but THIS TIME I'M DOING IT!) It was mainly the issues with paypals rules that stopped me the other times. 8/ |
