After regaining his breath, Rahu held up his hand first to his right, and then his left.
'Which way... which way... which wa-'
His thoughts were suddenly interrupted, however, as the manor shook once again. The stone walls turned to deep brown chocolate, and the floors turned to pastry. He stared below his feet, bewildered. His surprise didn't last long, as a line of flame flew down the hall from his right. He smiled.
'Right it is...'
He dashed off, following the thread, absorbing his light back within himself, as the fiery thread lit the halls more than enough for him to see. Still running, he began to absorb some of the fire, 'borrowing' the flame beside him. Although he didn't need an outer source to fuel is abilities, it certainly didn't hurt.

Krisseh tore through the guild, turning a lot of the (Unnamed) mages into desserts. It was only a matter of time before she caught an expereinced one. With every mage she desserted, her powers grew. Who knows what would happen if she managed to catch up to the arch mage...
(basically, bump.)

After of what seemed to be an eternity of running, always following the fiery thread beside him, Rahu reached the main hall and spotted Celestial. Slowing down slightly, he breathed deeply.
"What seems to be the problem, Arch Mage?", Rahu asked as he suppressed the panic he was feeling on the inside and managing to nonchalantly ignore the now-sugary building they were inside.
'Wow, 'what seems to be the problem'? Well, first, all the mages' training has been interrupted, and second; how about you just look around!?'
He gave his head a small but violent twitch, dispelling the snide and mocking voice in his mind. He couldn't afford to be distracted at the moment; this was very serious.
