Dungeon Fighter Online is a multiplayer PC beat 'em up video game developed by Neople, originally published by Hangame and currently published by Nexon. The game was originally released in Korea as Dungeon & Fighter and in Japan as Arad Senki. Closed Beta for an English version of the game ran from July 28, 2009 to August 3, 2009. Early access has begun on September 15, 2009. Open beta started September 22, 2009. It was featured in WCG 2009, and is still a popular televised program in South Korea, where a league is active. Dungeon Fighter had a 300 million registered users celebration on May 25, 2011. Welcome all! To the DFO fanclub and participation NTWF base! This is a place to share common interests, create a guild - if we get enough people to warrant guild creation - and generally enjoy the game. We are currently in 'Act XII: New Blood', and still - how to say? - evolving~ Also here, we can share character information, initiate friendly duels and even start a tournament! As such, Character Data - including Name, Level, and Class - would be highly appreciated by all~ Characters: InsanityCore - Beserker - 41 L1337xSaki - FLauncher - 22 ReinaXZX115 - Necromancer - 22 Aneijiru - Brawler - 20 SpawnerZX115 - Summoner - 28 TheBender - Bender - 32 ChellASHPD - FSpitfire - 31 Mechinist - MMechanic - 28

Game is currently semi-dead because Neople is apparently holding out on us for updates due to a reason we aren't allowed to know. o 3o Granted, considering it's localized by Nexon, that probably has something to do with it, too.
Gold-buying and hacking are ridiculously prevalent right now, with not much being done about it. Economy is pretty much broken if you're looking for stuff like avatars, but they're unnecessary anyway, and it's possible to get them yourself by doing sponsor offers for NX. (Protip: run your browser in Sandboxie if you do them.)
Still, there's plenty of stuff for new members to do in the meantime, and a lot of guilds have a no-hacking/gold-buying policy. End-game is party-required and can take a while to drop the gear you want, but if you're running with friends, it's still fun; and hilarious OHKOs can happen at random to keep things fresh! Only thing about those end-game dungeons is that they're ridiculously sensitive to lag, with even a little bit of it capable of literally cloning an incredibly gimmicky boss, effectively ending that run. To top that off, the game's P2P connectivity isn't too hot, and you sometimes get a “disconnected from the Internet” error when you weren't.
tl;dr game has some problems right now but is still very much fun.
[spoilers=Hit me up, yo] Pajmina (Trickster, 70) Haarlan (Doom Guardian, 70) Cimone (Defiler, 65) Pynce (Female Mechanic, 41) Grammatis (Hell Freezer, 56) Yoseff (Male Striker, 33)
And then the day after I say this, the game announces it's shutting down. Haha. Nexon NA, please go bankrupt. I want you to die, and your games go to competent distributors.
But mostly I want Nexon NA to die.
