There's a pretty good chance that she's exaggerating, or that it's a matter of opinion. I hear anorexia often starts with people feeling that they're fat even though they're just fine, weight-wise. And really, skinny isn't healthy. ... I'd ask for height and weight, but that gets personal, and I'm not an expert.  If you want an unbiased opinion, you can Google 'body mass index.' |
