Today I learned that falling on the cement hurts.
A lot. And you should always watch for curbs.

I learned that I can stuff three bottles of pace salsa, two jugs of Archer Farms marinara sauce, a 6" Subway club, a bottle of contact lens solution, a package of turkey, three packages of Archer Farms spaghetti, and two bags of shredded cheese into my backpack. Without straining the zippers.

The word turquoise originated from the French being impressed by a shade of blue found in Turkey, according to a documentary that my parents are watching. They called it a "color of the Turks".
"Turk" + that common "-oise" suffix found in French = "turquoise".
My God. o___o;; I'm a lot more amazed by this than I ought to be.

Don't attribute to malice what can be explained by stupidity.

Today I learned that I won't have to ever buy another movie again...at least until someone makes people take down all these full-length videos from youtube.

Today I learned that I won't have to ever buy another movie again...at least until someone makes people take down all these full-length videos from youtube. They might eventually D: *sulks about Youtube taking down all 10 Friends seasons someone uploaded* ;_; Today I learned that this math class is too easy for me, and that the other math class is too hard. There is no medium. Oh well, I guess I should enjoy my 92% in the course, even though I spend most of my time just sitting alone by myself not doing anything in the class. xD;

I learnt that I'm a pessimist. It's something I could have gone without learning, really. xD
Nova - Take a book and read! =D Or use the time to practice drawing, or even writing with your non-dominant hand! That's what I did in Maths last year.

Today I learned those unearthly shrieking noises I've been hearing at night were the work of a fox and not some dying cats like I thought it had been. :B

Today I learned how to get a song off of youtube and into iTunes. And just the audio, not the video like before.
-Probably doing something illegal- D;

I learned today why people are so obsessed with shiny gadgets, because I just got what is pretty much my first shiny gadget: a 4GB mp3/video player with a 3-inch touch screen. Which can be expanded to 12 GB with a TF card if I ever manage to run out of space. *drools* *Watches DBZ on it* The word turquoise originated from the French being impressed by a shade of blue found in Turkey, according to a documentary that my parents are watching. They called it a "color of the Turks". "Turk" + that common "-oise" suffix found in French = "turquoise". I learned about Joseph Fletcher's three ethics systems, and realized that the way I've been living my life all along is situationism.

I learned to stay away from chapter summaries sites. Even if you're just reviewing a chapter to get ready for a test tomorrow, there may just be a huge spoiler that says
THIS GUY DIES AFTER FALLING DOWN THE STAIRS AND THIS PERSON IS NOT CHANGED BY IT
Bah. ;o;

If you still have access to your old room before you left home, look through it occasionally. You may find something awesome that you lost or find some cool stuff you forgot about. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)

I learned what defenestration means. =D I'm a little disappointed in myself for not knowing before now, because I think I've run into it several times.
