Today I learned about formatting for citing precedent in legal memos. I think. I'll have to see how much of it I remember tomorrow. =D Why would painting roofs white be better? Would it reflect light back onto the solar panels or something? It would reflect back the heat. That heat would therefore not get into the house, and less energy would need to be used for air conditioning. I think. I leaned that you can survive for more than three months on nothing but alcohol. Go figure. Yup. ^_^ ..and it gives less heat to the environment. Anyway. I learned that normal people fail at being quiet/aware in nature. Relearned it, rather. >.> ...I'm fairly sure I know most of what my teachers knows about nature. But it's fun.

I learned that if you try to do some baking while your 8-year-old brother is home, only half the mixture reaches the tray and none of the biscuits reach the tin. >_>

I learned that earthworms do not taste good. At all. I would love to know how you came about that knowledge.

I learned that apparently, what determines your Chinese zodiac sign has to do with the month and day as well. Apparently, I'm a snake, not a horse. Cue identity crisis! Really? How does one go about finding their true zodiac sign, then?

Is your birthday in January or early February? Because your Chinese zodiac is indeed the year, but it's based on the Chinese New Year, not the regular ol' January 1 new year.

How does one go about finding their true zodiac sign, then? Well, it has to do with the Chinese using a different calendar. Most Chinese New Years are in February, and that's when the sign changes. Since my birthday's in January, I just barely didn't make the mark for the horse. Here's a list of the sign periods since 1924.Although I've considered myself a horse for so long... Screw it, I'll be a snorse! ;D EDIT: Komori semi-ninjad me.

I have finally sat down and figured out just what it means to draw something at a "3/4 angle." XD ...And there's probably a lot of other art terms I should sit down and learn.

I learned that solar energy could easily run the planet if we started installing solar panels (photovoltaic cells. =D) on roofs and stopped painting roofs black and painted them white instead. Well, it's easy enough to say it. But to fully power an average house, it would cost about $20,000. That's a really pretty penny.

Just occasional maintenance costs.
