So I think I'm giving up. I just don't want to write anymore, period. Maybe it's the fever talking and I'll be all logical once it goes away but mreh. Unless I have some huge spurt of motivation I'll probably end up with my 30-odd thousand words. *shrug*

So today I added up all the words I'd written in Nov-- from both my 30k thing, the other story I stopped writing about a week in, and the 5k I'd deleted from that first story through rewrites. Between them, I've got almost 47k. And so I've made a decision. Even though it goes against the spirit of Nano, well... I've won legitimately six times. And fact is, I can easily write 50k this month. So I'm putting it all together. Yes, it's different stories, but so what? I wrote it. It isn't traditional, it's technically cheating, but whatever. 50k is 50k, and just 'coz it came from two stories well... whatever. So I'll write a few thousand more of my 30k mess, and then throw all the story fragments together into the validator. And if someone thinks it's lame, they can go report me to the Nano gods. XD *shrug*

Aww. I've had an oddly difficult time with it this year, too. (Though thankfully I didn't get sick D= ).
For sure, it's still all stuff you've written, no matter that it doesn't all go to one thing. =D

So I got a burst of motivation today. I sort of want to try and get to 50k legit, but that would mean like 5k a day. And I dunno if I can do that. Or if I really want to put so much effort in. I just don't care about the story, period. Or the characters. I'm having a hard time writing the last 3k if I don't do it the legitimate way... let alone 20,000 the proper way. Bleh.
