Just hazarding a guess here and not at all using process of elimination but I think it's #3.

Sigh... you caught me. Yeah, my boyfriend did in the end ask me out. I was to the point of just about asking him myself, but with some peer motivation, he managed to do it. Your turn, Coaster

In terms of things added to food for flavor, I dislike
a) onion b) mustard c) basil d) hot peppers
enough to outright skip the meal if I can't pick them out or eat something without any of them. (Even if I'm visiting guests.)

I seriously detest onions. Onion powder I can stand in small doses, but onion has that nasty texture and more irritating taste, especially if it's not cooked enough. Usually I can pick them out, at least, but that doesn't change the fact that I'll skip it if it's too ingrained or hard-to-find before I end up taking that nasty bite.

Does this mean I guessed right?

Nope, onions are unbearable if I can't pick them out, which was the meaning of the statement. More guessing is required.

I'm guessing C. I don't know a lot of people who don't like basil.

I'm guessing C. I don't know a lot of people who don't like basil. You're correct. I actually detest Basil as well and it's impossible to pick out, BUT for some reason I can stand it in tomato sauce (and it's one of the only situations where I like tomato sauce better with it than without it) and even then only if it's covered in cheese. So I dislike all of the options, but c) is the one that I can actually eat *if* it's done right. Your turn.

Sweet! Okay, let's see...
A) I once sprained my ankle falling out of a tree. B) I once considered majoring in Chemistry. C) I was almost injured in an incident with a broadsword. D) I haven't gone sledding in many years due to an accident in childhood.

I'm guessing C), you were seriously injured. Nope. C is true. It was a close call, though. ...Long story.
