Yes, we should. *starts heading back to the stands, avoiding the conversation* *follows, amused* *also follow* *Follows* *Also follow* *After sitting down* *To Edgeworth, Phoenix, and Maya* There is an area much like this in our home. Is there a similar area in your world? What, a fighting arena? Not that I'm aware of... There are some fighting sports, but none of them are quite like this. Hi Candy! You're just in time; Joan and Starla are about to fight.

Starla: *Goes into the waiting room and finds something to sharpen her sword on.* Alright, so I think we're allowed to establish rules for the battle while we're here. I don't think I have any problems with just a standard duel, though. What are the rules for a standard duel?

You're just in time, Joan and Starla are about to fight. well, there WAS one in Rome, but it got shut down over a thousand years ago :U Hmm. You know, Piers, I wouldn't be surprised if someone challenged you to a duel Me? Why me? Believe it or not, you're actually quite popular. :3 *Unsure how to respond to that*

Fourth-wall-breaking NPC: Apart from what's on the first post. Basically, no one dies, and we'll do anything we can to prevent that from happening. As for extra rules, say you want a fight with no ice magic. You can implement that as a duel-specific rule. Starla: Anyway, I can't think of any extra rules for this fight. I'm ready.

I wonder how Edgeworth would fare against Piers? Would you please stop bringing me up? Why? You want to go and you know it. I never said that! But I'm sure you thought it. *giggles*

When he feels ready, he will challenge someone. Or else answer a challenge given to him. You speak so FORMALLY, Piers. …Excuse me? sorry, it just it's not that it bothers me, it's just noticeable *Blinks* …Hmm.

Fourth-wall breaking NPC: That was just an example. In any case, these should just use common sense, and are usually meant to make the fights more interesting, if need be. There may also be limitations if it puts one member at a severe, crippling disadvantage. In this case, though, it seems your opponent is willing to just go in without any restrictions other than from the standard rules.

So a debate team or a courtroom?XD; --- Starla: Alright, then. *Goes out to the arena and takes her place.* ((Okay, I guess we'll roll a dice to see who goes first?
