By the by, I don't have any plans for Nasue beyond character development (which ain't bad; I could always use some practice in characterisation, since it's not one of my strengths). Well Draco could use someone to watch him if some of the ninjas still don't trust him XD Otherwise Draco was only going to have NNPC members, and most likely end up with most of them dead ^^;

Shame about having the moreorless-canon map now, really. Logic is starting to get in the way. Remember back in GW2 when we walked through the woods to get to Castle Kestrel and then back to the ship from Mage Manor that same night? Well, Kestrel is 2.4 miles from the secret-ish docking bay of the Weewoo, and the Manor roughly twenty miles. Apparently we run like deer.

We could pass it off as "unstable magic fluctuating through the NTWF", perhaps? "An unnoticeable sheen in the fabric of space-time which transports groups of people in record time." A journey of two days on foot takes a mere two hours... A week-long journey takes a day... Etc.

TMC has/had power over space-time, right? Who's to say that he didn't muck about in this sort of thing while he was still an active Horseman?

It was the sort of thing that he'd do, yep. And he's an active Horseman again, so things can still move at the speed of plot. Who'd have thought that the guy would prove to be this useful?

Absolutely nothing is known about the Snark beyond the name.

The rest has been mostly people showing up and giving reasons for why they have shown up. XD All you need to know right now is that a mass of pirates have shown up, bringing Zari and Fraze in tow, and for reasons unknown to the planetdwellers Haggoth is landing his spacecraft on your front lawn about now. :3

Quick heads-up - I would've posted earlier, but I accidentally closed the tab I was writing the post in. Cue AAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH. See, this is one reason why using a word processor isn't a bad idea.

Anyway. Looks like I might have to bring in my ninja character shortly and hilarity will ensue when he misuses "affectation". Maybe also a Drakhe cameo; I dunno.

The dog is an NPC idea I've had for a while. Since 70% of my characters are animals of some sort, I try to vary the species a little bit. The ninjas have already had a panther and a komodo dragon, so now it's time for a canine character. Next time I might bring in a cobra.

Also, blame either TMC or ninja-ness for the messenger bird getting there so fast. Possibly both. Combine the two and you could get serious speed and potential for world record breakage.

Also, originally I was going to have Nasue respond differently to Cele... but then I remembered GW3. Nasue would remember that. They would not be good memories. Something tells me she might be a bit distrustful.

Yes, I did use "bloke". Hey, Nasue essentially has my own accent, so why not?
