Draw it is. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A DRAW DO WE GET SHINIES OR NOT Hold yer horses, guys. Neither of you have reached 4 KOs and you both still have plenty of fighters on the bench. A lot of duels can be pretty close. I'd suggest you play through until you get an end result before jumping to a result. You'll miss the fun of the duel that way. ^_^

*prod* I notice you've added a draw to your account. Best not count your chickens before they hatch, hmm? There's a 1 week limit during which your opponent must post if he doesn't want to be considered to forfeit so either he's forgotten or something's come up. I suggest you PM him and let him know that the duel isn't over. If he wants to end it and you don't, he's forfeiting.
A forfeit means he gets no shinies but it is considered a win for you, so you get +50. If you both agree not to continue the duel, its a double forfeit and, sadly, you both get nothing.
Its up to the two of you. ^^
