It needs two energies before it can use that move. :)
EDIT: Nope. Dive and Breach requires two (W) energies, you only have one attached. XD;

If you have a Light energy in your hand, yes you can attach it. Go back and edit your post to include that.
(I just realised that I am apparently supposed to draw 7 cards? ._. It was always 5 before. I'll roll two extra on my upcoming turn to make up for it)
