Cerulian Large aquatic mammals that were first discovered around Krawk island. Often mistaken for sea monsters, these creature are actually very sweet and friendly. But they can only use serene echoing noises(think whale) Despite their inability to speak the Cerulian is actually a very intelligant Neopet. (Was this description too long?)

Okay, guys, I SWEAR I colored (EDIT: And drew, ^_^) this in MS Paint and NOTHING but MS Paint, but I converted it to a GIF in Paint Shop Pro because Paint is terrible at converting images. ^_^;; So, that doesn't disqualify me, does it? Peachpeach, it doesn't need to be done in MS Paint.

Peachpeach, it doesn't need to be done in MS Paint. ^_^ Yes, and I just remembered that last night. I'll edit my post accordingly. What with all these MS Paint contests and all, I'm ever so confused. I did mine in MS Paint just for the heck of it. ^_^ So, woo... Hee, everyone's entries are so adorable. ^_^ I'd love to see them as actual neopets... EDIT: Jeez, and anyone who actually went through the trouble of drawing theirs in four poses probably already won. ^_~;;

Aerulian (OK, OK, it's cheap, but Cupil gave me a perfect idea, a Gelert/Lupe thing)
An Aerulian is the Sky-dwelling cousin of the Cerulian. never once in its lifetime doesit touch the ground, the lcosest it ever comes to this is when landing on the tall trees of Mystery island.
It bears 3 similarities of its water-fairing cousin, the Cerulian. It too has a long tail, however it has large feathers there. It also has similar back legs, though more vertical and has triple the joints, due to its need for grasping branches and food. The last notable similar feature is feathers olong its' back, very similar to the Cerulian. These feathers bristle to intimidate enemies.
The Aerulian has no forelegs, though it's two large wings do boast three claws (think pterodactyl).
It has no beak (think shoyru mouth), but it does have a triangular face. It bears 4 cresent shapes that are pointed on the end towards the tail, and a horizontal diamond shape on each leg.
Aerulians are not as intellgent as their aquatic cousin, but can speak and are more efficient wehn it comes to battling and getting food.
Thus ends a pathetic description... *grumble*
WHY IS CUPIL SO GOOD??????
