I figured since the other guilds are starting to make their moves, the Ninjas need to as well.
Until Vyt says otherwise, I guess I'll take control. Or at least I'll handle this stuff.
----
There are a number of things the Ninjas need to do at the moment, and I'm going to list the ones I find important at this moment.
Which Ninjas are active?
Personal Goals - Best Ninja ever? Eat 20 bowls of super spicy ramen? Assassinate all the leaders of the other guilds (not recommended!). What is your goal?
Ninja Dojo Map - I think there were some old ones, and the one PFA posted a while ago in the Guild Meeting thread. I'm think we should post it here, and talk about it in more detail. Do we have traps? Is the whole mountain our territory? Let's figure this out.
Ninja Daily Life - What do we do on a normal basis?
YOUR Ninja Daily Life - What does your ninja persona do when not following the normal ninja plan?
What are the Ninja view or plan with the NTWF country and other guilds? - Simple, how do we view everything other then ourselves?
Any event plans.
---
So let's get discussing. I know a number of these have been said in the guild meeting, and some of these were done a long time ago in past threads that have died or disappeared all together.

PFA's personal goal? Probably learning how to use her powers to their fullest potential. XD At the moment, anyway. Once upon a time, she'd always wanted to be as great a ninja as her Father was and be able to do missions alongside him, though I'm pretty sure she's reached that point by now. Maybe not though, since I don't think PFA's ever actually done anything alongside Vyt in an RP... I'm not sure there's ever been any maps besides the one I did, which I'll go ahead and repost for good measure. ntwriters.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=guilds&action=display&thread=41874 I think it's probably evolved a bit since I made that, though. I don't have any reference to the courtyard, for instance. Traps... I've never thought so, but could be useful security I guess? (Though having a dojo full of trained ninjas might not need much. ) Mountain... are we on a mountain? All I know is we're surrounded by forest. XD What we do on a daily basis, I think I said it on the Guild Planning thread, but I've always imagined the standard day being eating meals, training, general socializing, the occasional mission, and of course sleeping. The higher-ups probably have all sorts of meetings and diplomacy kind of stuff. I think PFA tends to spend most of her time holed up in the training room. XD She's antisocial or something, I dunno. Though she probably goes out and interacts with her non-ninja friends from time to time. Speaking of, the ninjas seem to be pretty well neutral when it comes to the other guilds. I mean, I guess there's kind of that lingering rivalry with the pirates thing, but that doesn't seem to really mean much anymore. Events... um... none off the top of my head, but it's late and my brain doesn't feel like functioning much. Maybe I'll come up with something later.

Antisocial: behavior destructive to social fabric. Heh, darn my Anthropology class for teaching me the Anthroplogical definition XD I do say that every time someone calls me antisocial now though ^^ And they call me that a lot <.< Anyways... I've figured the Dojo was in a forest on a mountain. Maybe not the most mountainous of mountains, but bigger then a large hill Figured if the Knights have their own countryside, the Pirates have the ocean, why not the Ninjas have a mountain ^^; Also Ninjas are secretive (even if we are on good terms with the people of NTWF). So I figured traps were something we may lay out around and in the Dojo. Being ninja ourselves, we know, taught, or can figure out where the traps are, so we avoid them without thinking. *shrugs* Just a fun idea 9_9 As for the building layout. Yeah, that is the one I mentioned. I was thinking of looking at that, and possibly altering, adding on, or plain old stealing ideas for a new layout. I was thinking of looking at floor plans for a Japanese temple or Dojo to get a idea. Like a main living quarters, a separate building for the training, and whatever else. Maybe a few trap doors, hidden rooms, random stuff like that (which would be hard to draw in some cases). Of course, the Ramen shop stays As for what we do. I believe that we do what you said for the most part. I think I said it at the Guild Meeting, but I also believe the Ninjas watch the NTWF from the shadows. Where you least expect one to be, a Ninja is probably hiding. --- I guess I should put Draco's goals and stuff I wrote in the Roll Call whatever he wants. Which is the kind of personality he has. I think secretly he wants to get stronger and become a better ninja then he is. From the RPs (basically only GWIII so far), I kind of show in his fight with Strife, how he wanted power and how he needed to practice some things. A normal day for him is spent training, possibly training others, and relaxing. After all, a good training always deserves a good rest ^^

Point. XD Yeah, I guess us being on a mountain would make sense. Like I said though, not necessarily a super-tall mountain we have to climb every day though. And since you mention it, having traps could be fun. XD ...Would be an interesting thing to add in if we ever had visitors to the dojo. Basing the dojo layout on an actual dojo sounds like a really good idea, actually. Speaking of hidden rooms, I think I established back in GW2 that there was a hidden storage of weapons in the back corner of the training room... so I figured I'd make note of that while I still remembered. (Actually, was it hidden? It might have been guarded by a random NPC. I don't remember.) And yes, of course we have to have the ramen shop. Removing that would be like removing the dojo! We probably do have a number of scouts who lurk in the shadows of the NTWF. I mean, we're ninjas and all. XD ...Not sure if PFA would ever do much of that herself, so it could be one of those jobs only certain people do (i.e. NPC scouts. Who I'm sure we'd lose a lot of on a regular basis at this rate).

My now famous for dying NNPCS' Or maybe another group, one with smaller body count. The Guild Shop also has a Sushi Bar, if keep the Shop around. I remember watching stuff on old ninja village houses and stuff. They had fake walls, and hidden doors all over the place. There was one house that all the rooms had square pillars in the corners made of whole tree logs cut down. In one or two rooms one was fake. You were able to open a door, slip inside, and travel behind the walls to another room, under the house, or a ceiling space. I can't remember which. I saw trap doors for all of those places at one point during the show

*sighs* I looked around a little on the internet and couldn't find any floor plans or decent pictures of a dojo building. I've found pictures of the inside of the training area... Or modern ones... I'm just going to have to wing it and figure one out from pictures in manga and stuff It's a floor plan after all, so no need to really worry about how it looks. It's someone else's job to figure out how the exterior looks Edit: I'll also probably have a basic floor plan done this weekend, got stuff to do during the week Unless I decide to doodle during a couple of classes >.>

I haven't been a very good ninja. I do hope to become more active, though! Personal Goals - Kill Huntress. That's more of a long-term goal though, right now she just wants to get settled in the guild and not get kick out for being such a merc. XD Ninja Dojo Map - I don't have much say in this, as I haven't done anything in the guild and I haven't seen the Dojo used yet. It would be awesome if we had gardens for meditation and such, though. Ninja Daily Life - Training, mostly. Working on her flexibility when she's alone, dagger and speed work when there's other people around that she can show off to. She spends a lot of time in her room, too - usually writing letters to her mom or writing mysterious stuffs in her diary about something I haven't decided to divulge yet.~ YOUR Ninja Daily Life - Right now, she's just trying to get to know everyone and get a feeling of the Dojo and the NTWF. Get herself aquainted and find a good rut to crawl into. What are the Ninja view or plan with the NTWF country and other guilds? - Mostly neutral, as PFA said. I'd like to think we're sitting and gathering strength while we wait for the other guilds turn their backs. Any event plans. - Not really...

Let's see here... Kiddo is -technically- a rogue ninja but she keeps showing up enough and acting in their interests to qualify, I guess. That and she was the first leader and has set the White Weewoo on fire.
Anyhoo.
Kiddo is active but unpredictable.
Personal Goals - None at the moment, aside from fixing the hole in the roof above her room and maybe cleaning it up and making it livable again.
Ninja Dojo - I remember when it was named the Ninja HQ... I like HQ better but Dojo is more appropriate. I believe at the time it was 'created' we relied on stealth to keep it safe. It was also far up in the mountains. So I would expect a lot of scattered buildings, well-hidden, with the heart of the Dojo far back and well out of sight with plenty of false trails, etc, etc, to throw people off and eventually direct them to a trap and/or the base of the mountain.
Ninja Daily Life - When I was Supreme Leader I had everyone drilling for six hours a day and then spending the rest of their time cleaning uniforms and sharpening weapons before a bi-weekly attack at dark upon the White Weewoo. Sake was strictly prohibited, as was leaving Ninja grounds without orders. No laughing either. We were very serious ninjas. This is why I'm no longer Supreme Leader. (I made all that up, I really have no idea)
My Ninja Daily Life - Get up at sunrise. Go find small animals. Kill small animals. Eat small animal. Spend rest of day wandering aimlessly, invisible. Go home at dark. Sleep.
Ninja Plans - We should set the White Weewoo on fire again. Just sayin' Also: contracts. When's the last time we had someone pay us to do something stealthlike? We got a rep to maintain.

We got a rep to maintain. Lighting the White Weewoo on fire is always a good thing I remember when it was Ninja HQ also. I'm not really sure when it changed... I was thinking of having the main HQ part of the building more hidden towards the back, and some smaller "fake" buildings up front. How everyone who visits the Ninjas make it to the main part is unknown In fact, I just thought of this, how about a very small valley like spot? I remember when I went to Japan and went to Kamekura, there was this one shrine area. You had to leave the road by foot, go through a small tunnel in the mountain, and you came out in this large circular area cut out of the mountain (natural, unnatural, who the heck knows), with all the shrine stuff and gardens in this area. Maybe we can have the True Ninja HQ here, and have the front part a false Dojo area. That is where the majority of the other guilds and NPCs visit. Only the ninja know or talk about the stuff behind the Dojo, and back there is where our army of Ninjas hide! Also, Traps and Illusions to keep people from finding this area, and also some in front of the "false dojo" just for the heck of it.

Ok ninjas. Now that, more most of us, school is out and now that GWIII is wrapping up...
What are we the ninjas going to do? Others are planning RPs with themselves or other guilds, or planning events.
What are the ninjas going to do?
Oh... And I still haven't done the concept map... I haven't done any that make sense or any that I like...

Interesting question there, Draco.
If the Ninjas do a roleplay, then I'd like to see one that isn't a crossover. Okay, maybe it would be like the Knights' current RP - people from other guilds could jump in if they wanted, but it isn't a full-on crossover.
Or, if we are doing a crossover RP, then perhaps one with the Pirates? Or one with the Mercs - neither of those crossovers have been done before.
Just throwing ideas out there - people are always welcome to make their own suggestions! And after the insanity of GW3, it'll be nice to have something more... what's the word I'm looking for? Humble?

The Mercs would be interesting to have a RP with. There aren't a lot of them, so it can't really overwhelm us We also have similar jobs, sometimes. Of course, if we can think of a story for ourselves, that could work to. (something like a demon in the mountains or something) Maybe have it take place a month or two after GWIII. This can be a type of coming back thing for Draco to >.> I pretty much plan, after I sock Strife in the RP and maybe run away from a certain loud ninja, that Draco will lock himself in a room/building until he's ready to come back. --- On another note... Remember to figure out your ending stuff for GWIII. We can't really just finish up by sailing off to sea like the Pirates after all XD Key things to remember. -Trust in Draco -Vyt the Tiger -Ninja Superior is dead, and pretty much laying dead in his room... For two days now >.> -New security at the dojo XD Well, that's a maybe. It might go away after the Underdeep disappears...

Something new to think about.
Ninja Guild related TCG cards for a Guild Expansion pack. Well, most likely a Ninja Expansion Pack. We can think up enough cards for it ^^ We need at least 5 new cards to be added to this, and I bet we can think of a lot more. Not to mention older ones that can be added.
Since they need to be submitted together to Sarn it might be best to have one person collect the cards, and then they can be sent in all at once.

(Quick note about ending/post-GW3 stuff: Interesting! There's certainly fodder for DRAMAZ, now that you point that out. Definitely enough to work with.)
I've read the thread on the main Guilds board. It's probably a good thing that we've been asked to focus on bases and events, because otherwise, a Ninja Expansion Pack's new cards might just end up outnumbered by cards that already exist. XD;
I'm having a bit of trouble thinking of possible cards at the moment; might have to go dig through the archives to see if I can get any ideas. Well, there'll almost certainly be a card for the Dojo itself, but other than that I need to do some thinking.
