Sarn -- xD ...no. I was thinking of something more like bandits. Just as an excuse to roleplay and let everyone get used to their characters and all again. Something fairly short and to the point.
Strife -- Dark knights are fun. ((Says a person who's fairly likely to write paladins if she's not careful. xD)) Having a character whose personal agenda doesn't mesh perfectly with the rest of the group would make roleplays a lot more interesting, in my opinion. And, well... yeah, you're probably right about that, but we could consider a kind of probation period, if Strife gives a good enough reason for King Kabe to believe he really has changed. So if you want to bring Strife to the knights and can find a good in-character reason, feel free to join our ranks.
Teow -- It all looks good to me. Welcome, Flaxen Knight!

I ... want to join the Knights, I think. =D I want to improve my roleplaying, y'see, and something about this particular guild's always appealed to me.
This'll likely be in a few days time, of course, because I want to catch up with GW3 first. And I want to make a decent character who's actually consistent. I was thinking a reformed thief, so my question is if he could do some kind of prohibitionamajig like you suggested for Strife - a 'put one toe out of line, you're out' thing. It'd be interesting to write. If he could start off squired to someone, that'd also be handy.

Alright, sounds good to me, Rikku. Reformed thief is an awesome character concept, and a not-normal one for a guild like this. ((Seriously. xD ...the main reason Jay (I still need to finish his profile. Curses.) has a family is because nobody else's character(s) do. Who are alive. And still like them.)) Does anyone want to be Rikku's knight-master-person? If so, awesome. If not, I'll probably take the role because it'd be fun. xD
Also, someone remind me to write up an intro to a knightly roleplay and have it posted sometime next weekend. Please. Because I do want to get this guild moving and a roleplay, no matter how short, would help.
If anyone has ideas for non-roleplay events, either for the Knights specifically or for the guilds as a whole, feel free to run them by the rest of us or start it on your own.

Umm...Ro has Aly (her cousin) and a brother back at home. (Admittedly, she hates the latter for being a gambling idiot, and the former is a pain and a mischievous eyesore, but still. ^^) Okay, so I killed off Aly's family pretty quickly, and Ro's after that. Ah, well.
...Actually...wow, I need to stop killing off my characters' families. It's getting to be a bad habit.

xD ...I put Jay's profile on the knightly profile thread, in the same post as I had Shade (aka, third post, second reply, on the thread). So you can see what I mean by 'he has a family!'.
Anyway, unless something comes up I'll be able to start a knightly roleplay on Saturday-ish.
Again, asking if anyone wants to be knight-master to Rikku's reformed thief. If nobody says anything by the end of the week I claim her thief as Jay's squire because it'd be awesome fun. ^_^

Sarn'll do it. I actually imagine him as the knight that everyone gives the annoying jobs to. He's sort of an enthusiastic moron and a lot like me.

I would have Ro do it, but any squire of hers would have to be able to handle some mental/physical abuse. ^^ Sarn'll be better than her.

Alright. Sarn, you might want to PM Rikku to make sure she notices that you've agreed to this, just on general principles.
..also, my Harlequin Knight would get saddled with weirdo jobs as well. xD ..he's just like that.

I more or less gave him as many little quirks as possible, just so I could torture him later. xD I suspect he'd hate me in real life.
