Of course, I will undoubtedly find some way of contradicting myself on the societal details somewhere in the course of the story... ^_^; I'm not the most consistent person ever.

Umm... here, have some bad face sketches. I was trying to get a bit more of their characters down and ended up with this. The darker ones are from the back of my math book. I also had this really awesome one of Baxter--shaded and everything--and I lost it. I'll scan it if it turns up. Kay, sorry for lameness. And the utter lacking of Baxter. |

But anyway. I so admire your art skills. I'd be doing my characters an extreme disservice to try to draw them. xD

Zylaa- Glad you think so, anyhow. ^^ I didn't really succeed in completely getting the characters with sketches, but I have a feeling I'll have plenty of time for character development in the next month. It only just sank in that NaNo starts the day after tomorrow.
Kathleen- I actually found the Baxter pic a few minutes after I posted the other pics... it was tucked away in my sketchbook. ^^; Haven't scanned it yet, though.
But I've seen your art before, and it's nothing to scoff at! D: I could never do realism that well.

Okay, decided to get this up as well, since it's the first day of NaNo and all. This is another sketch post, but it includes almost all the characters that I hadn't had the appearance down for yet (excluding Benjamin and the Duke). I also added a new (and extremely minor) character into the mix, and I'll add some stuff on her on the character list soon. I also added the shaded pic of Baxter, which was something I sketched on the first day of school, and is officially my first-ever drawing of him. |

... I totally just misspelled "duke" as "dook". I suck so bad.
Anyhow, first day of NaNo and I did way better than last year. I managed... what, 600 words or something then, and this time I broke my daily word minimum. It is good.
I may post my prologue soon.
