Dare: Include a scene in a bar, where everyone suddenly ups and sings a rousing rendition of "Henry the VIII I am."
Bonus critical damage if the participants include a biker gang, the President of France, and Simon Cowell standing on the sidelines critiquing the performance before being brought down by a flying beer mug.
Dare: If your story features a dramatic duel, between the MC and the Primary Villain, include Kanye West interrupting the fight by saying "yo <Villain's name> i'm happy for your world-domination plans, and imma let you finish, but yo, The Operative from Serenity was one of the best villains of all time. ONE OF THE BEST VILLAINS OF ALL TIME."
Bonus points, if Taylor Swift comes in, kills him and everyone else and saves the day. (and the world, if your story is THAT kind of story).
Dare: Include as many cringe-worthy puns in your story, as humanly possible. (And I'll let you guys determine what the definition of "cringe-worthy" is)

Dare: Put in a scene where one of the characters does a dance number with a lampshade covering their head. Bonus: If the said character is a normally serious character and is not drunk or under any influences.
Dare: End a plot with something like: "And then s/he woke up; it turned out it was all a dream." Bonus: End the novel in that way.

Dare: Have a running gag in your story that is totally random and done off the top of your mind. Bonus: If the gag is contrasting to the character's personality. Double: If the gag ends up stirring a problem.
Dare: Have a character that speaks like the moles in Redwall. Bonus: If another one of your characters actually gets confused and asks someone else what the other guy said.
Dare: Have a character that bets to find out the "future". (e.g. "Oh! I'll win the lottery today if I see an ant and crush it!" *sees an ant* *crushes* *to be continued*) Bonus: If it actually works. (e.g. *previously on random story, Character 1 made a bet and crushed an ant* *he ended up winning the lottery*) Triple: If the bets are simple. (e.g. "I'll get a good mark on the math test if my hands aren't blue!" *looks down on hands* *hands are not blue* *already knew that they aren't*) Ultra: If the character switches to impossible bets near the middle of the story. (e.g. "Oh! I'll find a million dollars on the ground if I see a dinosaur today!" *doesn't see a dinosaur all day*) MEGA: If another character addresses him/her and asks him/her why he/she switched to impossible dares and if he/she has a dumb response.
Dare: If you have a poetic character. Bonus: If a random girl/boy trips or bumps into them, notices their polite nature and starts flirting with them, only to laugh it off at the end and make them cry. Triple: If the poetic character was looking for a romantic relationship.
Dare: If you reference NaNoWriMo.
