Zell turned and saw a boy his age holding a Keyblade. ''Huh? Who are you?'' Frog started at being addressed so suddenly, but quickly took an arrogant stance again, "I am royalty, and I'll thank you to address me that way," he drawled, swinging a short keyblade at his feet. "I saw that the two of you seem to have been chosen in the same manner as I..." he continued, pointing to the blades Ryder and Zell also carried. "Yeah, royalty," he responded, now sounding more annoyed than elegant, "so shut up and fight!" With that, he attacked the last remaining shadow with a swing of his Keyblade. |

My name is Merlin.'' he said. ''I come to tell you something, keyblade bearers. You must travel to other worlds, this world is not safe. The heartless have already spread over half of the city'' ''Wha-- I don't understand. You suddenly come up and tell us we have to go to other worlds, how am I supposed to believe you?!'' ''You have to..'' ''It is for the sake of the worlds,'' said the conveniently placed plot device that will not be seen again until after the first world is locked. Zell looked at Merlin. ''Well... I can see you're honest. But how the heck will we get to other worlds?!'' A second figure stepped forward. ''I can take care of that.'' -half an hour later- ''Thank you for lending us your Gummi Ship, but... none of us know how to drive it..'' ''I'm sure you can, your instincts will guide you,'' said Cid.
