"Skaa?" With a shiver of apprehension Azra sees Skaa move toward the source of the sound as if nothing else matters. "Skaa, come back here!" Still grasping the hilt of her longsword, she follows her.

Azuriel's eyes widen as Skaa marches off deeper into the woods.
"Skaa," she calls, "don't!" Acting quickly, she launches her companion Irenir after her. The hawk darts around Skaa quickly, screeching loudly and beating his wings in her face.

(I wish I had entangle right now) Skaa slashes at the bird with her dagger, trying to take out the minor nuisance so she can get to the music as soon as possible. |

You follow Skaa for about an hour. The music doesn't get any louder or softer, but you are definitely traveling deeper into the forest. You're not lost, in fact, by the time Skaa realizes that she no longer has any idea where the music is and doesn't feel so compelled to find it anymore, you realize that you've seen this little grove of trees and that rock before. She just led you in a big circle.
The music seems to have changed a bit. Whoever is playing/singing must have picked a different song.
9 hours left until sunrise.
((If I'm rushing this post, it's cause I want to get it out there before I ran off for my prof's office hours))

Panting for breath, Azuriel leans against a nearby tree to rest and turns towards Skaa.
"Glad you're....alright Skaa...." swallowing she continues, "at least.... we got some excercise." Finally catching her breath she continues to everyone present, "where shall we go from here?"

... "How... nice?" Rolanan slows his pace and walks into the grove "Ya, have you been here before?" "Hmmmm, Azur, Azra? You got any ideas?" "Skaa! Snap out of it, ya and tell us why you brought is here!" Blinking, Azuriel scratches her chin thoughtfully. "I can try and lead us to that stream once I take a look around." Heading over to the tree that Rolanan had climbed earlier, she grabs onto a branch and attempts to climb it. |
