Ri'aen actually managed to free a few rocks as Sylvia begins to assist her, the mud is slowly lossening the rocks and probably with enough time you could free yourself.
Ken: You see a artificially carved cavern in which the kobolds probably came from, and where the other kobold fled to. It forms a set of stairs leading down.

For those who are looking down the stairs, there is a slight bit of flickering light and a small trail of red, looks like the reptilians bleed blue though...
