"Hmm... never trust a minion to do as you order. Ah well, better get her out of there." He quickly teleported her out, and then teleported himself in. With an evil laugh, he started causing chaos. (I am going to leave it open as to what kind of chaos he causes. whatever you guys want)

Mindela spun around and Kiddo had disappeared and in her place was her freakish cloaked master. What was left of the store was suddenly melting into a think redish ooze.
"You gotta be kidding me! And what's that stuff supposed to be?"
Avoiding hte random blasts she snuck over to one of the disinigrated walls and took a whiff...
"Just what I expected," she groaned taking a finger full of the stuff and turning back towards the others.
"Ketchup."

Mindela smudged the stuff on a remaining piece of wall and stared at the blasting cloaked dude.
"Meh. I guess the ketchup makes it seem like it's Tahu. But his identity is still unknown [badum bum]...Does anyone wanna try and do something? I'm not so sure i want to get near him after what happened last time..."

Kat pulled out a magnifying glass.
"Mindela, maybe we can check fingerprints, and clarify if it really is Tahu. We can't just rush into things."

"You mean that cloaked culprit is gone?" asked Kat worriedly. She took Mindela's hand and ran outside to see if they could still catch him.
"I see footprints," the sorceress muttered. "They're red, and they smell of tomato sauce. Mindela, should we follow them?"

Mindela's eyes widened.
"That's definently what we're loking for. We'd better hurry."

Mindela and Kat ran to follow the red footprints their suspect left behind. Soon they met a dead end...
"These footprints end at a brick wall," Kat sighed. "How are we going to get through?" She scratched her head, then reached into her pocket, pulling out a long, worn-out stick.
Kat tapped the wall with the wand, and blasted a hole through. But as the fragments fell to the ground, Mindela gasped...

"Well," she said anstonished "That was unexpected but utterly convinient"
Mindela peeked through the hole.
"What could be back here?"

Kat stepped through the hole, helping Mindela through as well. The two girls were standing before a small shack, an old one to be exact.
"Well, we have no choice," said Kat uneasily. "The footprints lead to the shack, after all."
The sorceress and her companion opened the musty-smelling door cautiously.

They both gasped at what they found.
Behind the door was a a landscpae so horendously mangeled and ashen they couldn't believe it was part of Neopia. Standing in the center of the rubble was a lank stone tower.

Kat looked at the tower, then at her companion.
"Should we go up there?" she asked nervously. "I mean, it's scary and all, but it could be our only hope of finding the culprit."

"Wait I minute I remember this place! Remember? Back at the campfire that poor Lupe told us about a tower that destroyed the land!"
She lept off the stone terrace.
"And i think this just might be it! We need to figure out who or what is up there!"

Kat agreed with Mindela. "Yes! Now, come on!"
The two girls ran for the door and tried turning the knob, but it was locked.
"Stand back," said Kat grimly. She raised her wand and pointed it at the door. A huge flash of light came out of the wand and blasted the door into a million pieces, revealing a huge spiralling staircase inside the tower.
