Suddenly Elaine started feeling weak, and she knew why; she wasn't completely used to her cat form yet, and staying in it for long periods of time was tiring. Nothing's happening...I won't drain myself out for nothing.
The cat ran off into the bushes from where it came from. Elaine changed back into her normal form and climbed into a tree, spying on the group and keeping herself from falling asleep.

Right over here. thought Elaine, keeping her eyelids from dropping shut. They were getting heavy...

Elaine moaned. Apparently she had dozed off and fallen from her branch. She rubbed her head and got back up, muttering curses under her breath.

Defin waved at Elaine. An arrow landed on a tree. Defin turned around. There was Peachi. She walked up to the river and sat down. She put her feet in the water.
"I'm sorry about earlier." She said. "Do you forgive me?"
