Hmm... I think the profile thread would be okay to keep open, but I can understand that the idea was to basically wipe the guilds completely clean. The thread was still fairly new, though, and it's only meant to describe the knight characters, all of whom will probably be back for the new roleplay. There's not much that would be confusing to new recruits, methinks.

I'm happy with my title. =3 It's vague enough to leave a lot to build on. *still doesn't know exactly how to interpret 'One of the Last'*. I just hope Shino doesn't mind me building on it..?

The RP is only unlocked because Wolf wants to post an ending to it, and he can't do that if it's locked. As soon as that's done, a new RP will be made.

At least that's the way I understand the plan.

As far as I know, none of the threads are actually going to be deleted (except for the ones Shino already got rid of xD). I think they're just locked, so we can go back and read them and reminisce about the good old days, without having any new replies added. Sorta like Memory Lane.

Ack! I've been called gravious! But I have no idea what "gravious" means!

Anyways...after being gone for just a single day...or a day and a half...or...nevermind the time frame! ^_^

I don't know why all of the threads were locked...it baffles me. *sigh*
My ideas are this: the Profile thread is an optional compliment to the RP, so not essential to be read or posted in by all members. Also, as it is likely that the "old" RPers won't rewrite their characters, those few profiles would still apply (or could be edited to fit the new ones). So, I think it should be unlocked.

As for the old welcome thread, old stables, and those other two threads...

I was planning on starting a new welcome thread today, so I could keep it updated with a list of all knights and all taken colors (if it wouldn't be a problem, perhaps that could still be?). The old OoT thread makes sense that it's locked, but I think it should be archived with the first RP. As for the Council/Coat of Arms and Erm...treads threads, I think the latter could be deleted, as for the former... (the Coat of Arms idea wasn't taken to very much, though it could be launched again in the future if people requested it). So, that's my stand on threads.

As for existing titles, as awarded by either Shino or I, they remain, as do all knights' colors.

And, after much ado, I am making this post only to say that the old RP has been closed (to read the final "chapter," you need only go here and the new RP has been begun.

As I feel I owe it to those who played, I shall give this [hopefully brief] commentary on the last chapter, as I know it's closing was decided solely by myself when everyone contributed to it.

First, it was very much a deus ex machina, though it seemed to have drawn upon many prior elements of the roleplay that had been spontaneously added to it. Further, with this culmination, I feel that the efforts of all knights were given meaning, as it kept the castle "safe" while things happened. Lastly, though I said those fallen were moved to the infirmary and the others were moved to their "bedchambers," that mustn't be the case when you start RPing again: your character may awaken anywhere you wish them to.

In closing, I might be a while before I add much to the RP myself, as I have a few things that I must work through in the offnet world first. So, until then, the King is a bit...occupied. ^_^ But all is peaceful in the land of Dunburrow at the moment, so it's alright.

Okay, the old RP is now locked, since it's over.

All the old threads were locked to signify it's a new beginning. I think you have a point about the profile thread, though. On the other hand, I don't think there's any reason to have anything deleted, and new threads can always be started for the things you want to start up again.

The idea was that everyone would re-post their profiles so we would know that we had updated versions.

It's unlocked now, though, considering the fact that people seem to prefer not to have it locked.

We did have one originally, before both the Mages & the Ninjas I might add, but I discarded the thread as no one posted on it. If Wolf deems it will be useful or if a majority of people say so then a new one will be created.

I'm not trying to offend anyone, I'm simply genuine curious to know. It sounds like an interesting idea.
