I realize your reasonings for stating that the ceremony should continue as planned, but I've just put up the poll for our King and it will take a couple of days for everyone to vote. That's what I'm basing the RP time on. Yes, Shino does like to be clean to, Wolf. Especially since he was working all night and definitely needed a bath. ! Your is very interesting, Kit. But we'll see.

It's now with the other threads. You'll find it. I don't wish to conform all of your characters, in the role-play, to my standards, but for a sacred ceremony of high importance I ask that almost all of you will dress in formal attire. This is out of courtesy to your new King, whoever it will be. Women will have worn silk/linen dresses and ornate jewelry. Men wear formal trousers and may choose from silk shirts, dragon skin vests, or armor. Here are the requirements for weapons (applicable to Lords and Ladies of the Court): Swords: Only ceremonial. Able to bring Bows: Not able to bring Daggers: Able to bring Staffs: Able to bring Books: Not able to bring Shields: Able to bring Animals: Not able to bring unless tamed Ladies of the Court: If you really do not wish to wear a dress you don't have to. That's why the above paragraph said almost everyone had to dress the way described.

...Shino...you've got to be kidding me.
Since we're knights, can't we come in armor?
*sigh* Oh well, I'll deal. I just don't like dresses *goes to change post up a bit*
haha...*embarrassed* Didn't see the modified post.
Wait...no bows? Oh well, I can bring my ceremonial sword and Cross Fire. He's tamed.

Okay, fine. Shade will wear a dress. Not that she'll like it. Illusion and transformation magic is fun. It means that she can turn her dress and such in to armor if need be.
EDIT: Also didn't see the modified post. Oh, good. Much more fun this way.

Can mail be worn underneath something such as silk shirts...or no?

For the object of comfort, Wolf, you would want to wear chain mail over a silk shirt. You can wear it underneath if you don't mind it.

Maya will prove problematic. She isn't exactly an animal and she isn't exactly tamed. Yay for spiritual familiars I guess. I'm assuming tarot cards and demonic ritual paraphernalia are allowed since Kit would be carrying them out of sight anyway.

[shadow=purple,left,300]Kat can dress in a prettier dress than her usual robe and cape, of course. ^_^ Kat likes dressing up. (Actually, her persona does, but real!Kat doesn't. XD)
And she will carry a staff, yes, but have a sword around in case.[/shadow]

Kit, everything your character has, thus far, is allowed. Thank you for your patience.
Thanks Kat. Prettier, huh?
*imagines*
...
*drools*
Oops...Sorry.

It's actually mythril (is such mythic metals allowed?), so it's quite thin and comfortable. Maya... is a spirit, and is thus unseen by others, so in my book, that'd be acceptable, Kit. And yay for dress codes! lol

Kit, to think that the dress code was otherwise an excuse to see Kat in a dress was...not the original intention for the dress code.

I must draw a picture for this scene, as soon after everyone describes what they're wearing as I can. Everyone will be so preety. *wants to start* *starts planning a dress she would never ever wear in real life*

What I'm wearing in my last RP will probably be what i wear to the ceremony.
