Fear the squirrels ...

Name: Twix
Gender: Male
Species: Squirrel
Description: mostly grey overall, with a lighter belly and a redish tail.
Is constantly twitching and hyperactive. Curious about absolutely everything, and could probably be deemed insane just from sheer hyperactivity.

"Ahhh! Smelly smelly smelly ..." Twix complained, catching a wif of skunk musk. Despite the smell, Twix jumped from branch to branch, twitching when he paused, heading for the ruckus in the woods.

"What's that? I see something, yes something, lots of furries, and oh! Shiny shiny shiny!" Twix temporarily forgot the crowd of animals, and dove to the ground. Still unseen by the others, he scrittered along the ground, pausing (and twitching) to see if anything was after him. He finally scrambled over to the shiny, and picked it up in his ever nervous paws.

"Yay, shiny shiny, what is shiny?" Twix bit the shiny, but it was too hard and he hurt his teeth. "ow, shiny shiny mean!" he squeaked, catching the attention of the forest creatures, including one skunk who had been eyeing shiny earlier.

The BOP(bird of prey) soared over the bunch of animals, smelling the skunk, flew higher in altitude, then called down,"What are you all bickering about?"as he circled the group.

The BOP(bird of prey) soared over the bunch of animals, smelling the skunk, flew higher in altitude, then called down,"What are you all bickering about?"as he circled the group.

"None of yur beeswax!" replied Physhie. She attempted to throw a rock at Derridyn, but failed since he was too high.. When she realized she couldn't hit him, she stuck her tongue out and turned back to her tree.

Twix glanced up, and immediately noticed the kestrel. Bug-eyed, Twix dropped the shiny, which proceded to roll down a slope, and he bolted up the nearest tree, hoping to not become lunch meat for the bird of prey. He found one of the densest parts of the tree and stayed there, with only the quivering leaves a sign that he was there.

Meanwhile, the shiny had continued rolling, and was now precariously sitting next to a stream in the woods. ...

Derridyn swoped down, trying to tease Twix. He then grabbed Twix's Shiny. "If you want the Shiny," he said, eyeing the Shiny, " you'll have to find it!" He then dropped the Shiny into the stream full of shinies.
