Why excluding Elementalists? I mean... anyone can BE an elementalist, but I'm talking about the top elemental positions. I think she meant perhaps there aren't enough Elementalists to have three or four candidates for each element... or I misundertood something. XD [shadow=purple,left,300]Yeah, and some Elementalist positions might not even have any candidates, or one at best. [/shadow] |

I think everyone should have some sort of position... or at least have that great council idea with the specific titles, eg Creature Keeper, Archmage etc..
I liked the idea of having head of faculties so to speak.. Spirit Master/Mistress, Water Master/Mistress etc too

Why not something like the Owner of Mage Manor? And even the Mage Master/Mistress and Head Elementalists would have to answer to HER POWAHHHHHHH

I'm not sure that's smart, but I like it. j;D Depends on what other people want to do with me, I guess. j;) I mean, Rider might be Cap'n, but Tracy's just a janitor. XD *wonders if someone will be willing to put all the potential positions into a nice list, or if she'll have to do it* I'm still kind of uncertain about the head elementalist positions, though... I mean, if most people have positions, but a few are left out, it might not be good... I'd like to see how the list of positions compares to our members list before we make a decision about that. j;) |

Ikkin- So far I think you should be the ArchMage (or whatever the lead pose is going to be)
So you think just have the 5(??) council positions and the others can just have hm.. maybe personalised banners or something that says what element they are? doesnt mean they cant be called Elementalists

I liked the idea of everyone having a title... like, maybe there'll be only one Head Water Elementalist (or whatever we decide to call it) but there can be other water elementalists. ^_^ That would be the members that Kat mentioned, but with nicer names that would feel everyone they are important... because they are! ^_^
