Psycho, I don't think Shino meant it shouldn't be a Guild Event, but rather that the Ninja Roleplay board was for a seperate Roleplay environment not associated with Guild Wars. (Which shouldn't be up to him to decide either, I don't think he's been put in charge of a single thing and the Roleplay thread was started by Fj0rd, not him)

And if he doesn't want this to be a huge event, it belongs on the RP board and someone else can set up a truer Guild War event. Remember that his event isn't mandatory, nor is it blessed by the mods as any sort of official activity, and it's entirely dependent upon member activity. If he wishes to seperate it from the guilds as a whole, then that's the way it'll be.

If you wish to tell him this yourself, you're more than welcome...of course phrase it your own way...

Well, the way I read that is that the RPs aren't related, not that we can't talk about the Guild Wars inside the guild. And unless he specifically says otherwise, I don't see any reason why we should change our plans here.

I might just be interpreting it in the loosest possible way because I'm in an opposing guild, but, I don't think we're doing anything wrong by discussing the RP in the guild. It's not like the other guilds can't do the same thing, after all.

Well, the roleplay was turning out similar to the Guild Wars roleplay, so I did jump to the assumption that the Ninja RP was a hidden extension to the Guild Wars RP.

I understand now, that the Ninja RP is a separate environment - but aside from that, the Ninja HQ has nothing guild-war related. It seems the "Guild War" part is simply a roleplay and Shino wants it to be completely separate from guild functionings.

I think I'm repeating myself But thanks for the clarification, Stal! I appreciate it. Don't think I'll be saying anything to Shino anytime soon, though I may get myself killed off early - we'll see how this goes. A spy isnt' a spy if she doesn't have secrets to find >.>

If you're a member of the Ninja guild, and want Guild War discussion, try making some threads in regards to it and see where it goes from there?

...sorry for the spamming in guilds I don't belong in...XD There's a reason I try to remain unaffiliated, especially right now...

Well, this thread was my idea, to liven up the guild some, and to try to recruit other mages into the Guild Wars. Shino probably has no idea that it's even here, and he might not have even taken the possibility into account.

I've got an idea, though. ^_^ How about you start a similar thread to this in the Ninja board. Then, you'll have your opportunity to be a spy, and we'll know for sure whether or not Shino wants to allow behind-the-scenes things. And tell us if he doesn't, so we can deal with that.

Well, I can see why it would be separate from the roleplay we have here, but I can't think of any logical reason we wouldn't be able to discuss it here. After all, unless I'm very much mistaken, all the mages here will be on the same side in the war, so they should be able to discuss things. And we have this very convenient board here, to prevent us from sending a ridiculous amount of PMs.

...And, I really don't know how they're going to decide a winner. Especially if people accidentally start godmoding, which I think at least a few people will do...

(And, yes, no shadow. Light magic does weird things like that.

Current target right now is the Knights But as far as anyone knows, I'm a ninja, so shhh
