Laiha cupped her hands and concentrated to find her center. It took her a while, but she finally found it. She visualized the ball of witchfire Aqaima had just made, and a tiny ball of red light appeared in her hands. Laiha smiled with satisfaction.

Ender raised an eyebrow as she watched Laiha and Aqaima perform the magefire. "Interesting," Ender muttered, waving her hands in a few peculiar motions. She uttered a few strange words as well, and a ball of fire appeared in one hand, a ball of ice in the other. Ender smiled grimly, before making them disappear.

Aqaima grinned at Laiha. 'Good job.' Then she turned to Ender, and a ball of fire and a ball of ice appeared in her two hands. Then she turned back to Laiha and said, 'Now, if you want to conjour fire, it's a lot of the same thing. You just imagine whatever you want to light, you picture it on fire, and then you find your center and 'presto'! Try it, with this candle,' Aqaima pulled a candle out of her bag, which lit on fire for a moment before she blew it out and handed it to Laiha.

((*revives* Sorry I didn't post, I forgot about this...))
Laiha took the candle. She closed her eyes and concentrated. She found her center faster than before and visualized a lit candle. Unfortunately, the bottom took fire instead of the top. Laiha dropped the candle on the floor exclaiming, "Whoa! Hot! Hot!"

Aqaima grinned slightly, and quickly doused the candle with a spurt of water that seemed to come from no where. 'Make sure you specify which end you want lit... some objects can be a little... tricksy... when it comes to magic.'
