Starla looks back to Cheshil as she begins to follow Dragus. Then she heard a noise herself, and she looks toward the source of the noise. However, she sees nothing. She continues to follow.

Eyes blink from the area she was looking at. The eyes quickly close again, and a moving sound is heard again.
((Now who can guess what this thing is?))

Starla hears the moving sound again and quickly looks towards it. However, she again looked in vain, for she found nothing.
"This island is strange..." Starla thought to herself.

The eyes appear again, and quickly moves to follow. A tail can be seen moving than disapearing just like the eyes.
Dragus continues to walk, when he stops at what seems to be a wall of trees.
"This doesn't seem good..."

Starla looks to the left and to the right to check if there was any sort of opening. If there was an opening, Starla could not see it.
"We could climb," Starla thought to herself. "If the trees aren't big enough."
Starla began to look upward when she saw the trunk of the tree.
"It looks hard to climb though. Dang."

Dragus takes out Souls Chaos, and slashes at the trees burning a hole large enough for them to pass through.
"There we go."
The tree seems to repair itself before he can step through.
"There not we go..."

"What can we do to solve this problem?" Starla thought to herself. "Although this reminds me of a similar problem, back at the original academy, with the vines and the fire, but I had a quick way to solve that. I don't have that now."
Starla looks up again towards the tops of the trees.
"Maybe Suigi could... Yes! It could work! If the trees are low enough..."
She looks over to Suigi.

Suigi notices the look in Starla's eyes and sighs. He slowly makes his way up. About half way up however he disapears.

Starla looks up, waiting for a moment for Suigi to come back.
"Sui-" Starla stopped as her voice cracked there. She cleared her throat a little bit. "Suigi! Are you all right up there?"

The trees seem to move around to form a path for them to travel.
"He must have done something..."

"But will Suigi come back down somehow?" Starla wondered to herself. She stepped forward one step before she stopped.
"Wait, it could be a trap," She thought to herself. She decided wait a moment.
"Nothing seems to be happening."
Starla steps through, turns around, and waits for Dragus.

((*has to think of a way to get Dragus out of the story for 3 weeks*  )) Dragus steps in and looks around only to see trees. He starts walking more in. Time passes, and they have been walking for nearly a hour. The exit is in sight. "Well its about time." Dragus steps out and steps on a rock that sinks down. A dart flies out and shoots him in the neck. He almost instantly is knocked out and falls to the ground. ((There we go... Now to somehow think of a way to get Suigi back >.>)) Suigi sits in a cage hanging from a tree. " Wounder how long I've been here... This stinks... Hey is that Dragus? Why does he get to sleep while I hang out in this blasted bird cage?!" |

((Hmmm... time passing would be easier if Cheshil were here.))
Starla looked around panicked.
"What could've caused this?" Starla wondered to herself. "There's certainly no one here... unless..."
Starla looks to Suigi, and then to Dragus on the ground. Then she walks over, kneels down to Dragus, and takes out the dart. She examines it.
"If there is poison, I can't tell."
She sets the dart to the side and gets up.
"I've got to get Suigi out of that cage, then both of them out of this tunnel!"
Starla takes out her sword and swipes at Suigi's cage, careful not to cut Suigi in the process. However, she only harmed it slightly.
"Dang... bamboo. Difficult to cut. If only I had more help..."
((...That is one of the few things that I learned from my history teacher during the school year...))

((Well, true...
By the way, starting either tomorrow and/or Wednesday, I'll be gone for a few days. If I leave tomorrow, I'll be gone for 3-4 days. On Wednesday, I'll be gone for four days, and then after that, I'll disappear on Tuesday for four days. All in all, that's 21 days, with a few free days in which I may pop in every so often, but not very much.
I'm starting to wish that all this was at the same time Draco's vacation was.
Well, while I'm here...))
Starla tried again a few more times to cut the cage with little success. Then she looked around her again. However, she saw nothing new.
"This forest is strange..." Starla thought to herself. Then she sighs.
"Just like the one of many strange things... Such as..."
Starla backed away into the nearest tree and stood there, lost in thought.
