((OMG that's the best game EVER! I was thinking the same thing! Of course, that would mean Ajenn's char moves stuff and whoever has the power of Earth can do things like Lift and... Grow... And Peanut can read minds))

Remember, Jade used the last ounce of magic energy she had to get Brandon and herself to a safer place; the cascades they were at in the beginning. IC: "I'm not really sure...anyway, I overused my powers way too much. I'm feeling really weak, and if I use my magic once more, I'll probably end up like you." Jade half-lied. She had already overused her powers to the limit. In a few minutes, she would probably end up much, much worse than Brandon. |

Nokua found a small dropper bottle of some opaque silvery liquid. She sucked up some of it, and opened Obrai's mouth, dropping two drops of it in his mouth. He coughed, and was concious yet again. "You know that taste's like bile, right?" He whispered. Unfortunately, this liquid filled only half of one's physical energy and merely slowed the amount of blood coming from deep wounds. Yet... it replenished most magical energy. That, and it usually left the patient's mouth and throat rather dry.
The girl smiled, "That's the point. That way, it wakes you up."
Eny, calmer than she had been, tugged on Nokua's sleeve. "Noky... I think your sheild thingy is melting..."
Indeed it was. The time was up, yet Obrai was merely strong enough to sit up and scowl at the shadow spiders. The older girl got up and readied herself for an attack... but... it never came when the sheild melted away completely. Birds were attacking the shadow spiders- and they were winning too! Obrai was also joining in the "fun"; creating and throwing what looked like green balls of electricity at the terrible creatures with his mind.

I fell into unconsciousness for a little while, and woke up on my back. No wonder I'd fainted-I'd landed on my newly-freed wings and crushed them beneath me. Turning onto my belly, I flexed them a few times. Thank the goddess of the freaking grove they were okay.
This time I was more careful as I got up. Rising to a crouch, I kept my white wings folded. I couldn't wait till they Colored-hopefully I'd get a forest green, like Lynn's, to blend in with the forest.
Rising all the way to my feet, I climbed a tree and sat on a branch high out to take stock of things. I saw a lot of shadow creatures fighting a lot of birds, so I decided I was probably needed there. Stretching my wings, I ran to the end of the branch and jumped, angling them for a glide.
I should really give this tradition thing up, I thought as I spun down to the ground after hitting my right wing against a tree.

Brandon groaned and forced himslef up, leaning on his staff.
"I have to go," he explained.
"They cant win... if I dont help -" he was cut short as a pain spasm knocked him to the ground.

"Don't go; you'll--" Jade stopped. She felt someone spying on them. A few seconds later, the Shadow Lord walked out from behind a tree.
"Well well well, look who's here! The bratty and the beast!" he said, smirking.
"Go away! Go annoy someone else for a change!" Jade replied, getting back up to face him.
"Why? I have so much other ideas to torture you two..."
