(Look up my post in the RP characters profiles thread) (And yes, I'm RPing a human. Please don't kill me  ) Far off, a boy watches the pets with intrest. He looks around, before uttering a few words. He instantly vanishes from sight. A few more words are heard, and then complete silence. Some leaves are brushed aside, but no noise is heard, as the boy sneaks closer. (Sorry if it sucks...I don't RP much) |

The speaker is a teenage boy holding a glaive.
"I'm Nathaniel. Nathan for short. You?"

Three Dark Lupes wander through the forest. One is atop a shadowed Uni, wearing light armor and carrying a blood red blade. He was called a Dark Lupe Executioner. The other two Dark Lupes, Night Guards, wore common dark purple clothing and carried long pikes.
"I wish we could get outta here soon," one of the Night Guards, Reltin, says.
"Yeah, this place gives me the creeps," the other Night Guard, Velbar, agrees.
"Stop your complaining," the Executioner, Pierce, commands, "or I will leave you in this forest to rot."

*Green began to pant heavily as she watched these strangers come and go. She began to feel rage unheard of within her gentle heart. They ignored her plight, her desperate cry for help. Green could hear her heart beating rapidly as she began to chant in an unknown language. Suddenly, everywhere, Cobralls slowly crawled their way out of the shadows. They crept across the feet of the hidden, corned those who were on the move, and lashed down creatures that had no psychical holding on this plain of reality. The scaly serpents fell from the tree tops like rain, landing on the ground thick with tangled snakes.
Green’s voice whispered throughout the forest, echoing in the minds of those around her, calling them to her. She could hear their thoughts, crying for answers as to the cause of this strange phenomenon. Closer and closer the Corballs came, pulling their captives around Green in a giant knot of snakes and bodies. She looked up into the eyes of her prisoners and spoke in an unearthly tone.*
Green: “You will not go… you will stay as the spirits command it…”
*Green began to grind her teeth and growl as many collected auras of the undead began to race through her body. An immense light radiated around her. Green voice changed, the sounds of millions of screams came flooding out with every word.*
Green: “If you insist on meddling, then you will help me retrieve the Mawu Lisa! You will help me create this new realm… YOU WILL STAY OR DIE WHERE YOU STAND!!!”
*Suddenly the ground began to tremble; it violently tossed Green about like a rag doll. Then, up from the ground came a huge Corball. It was mutated beyond comprehension. Its scales reeked of rotting flesh. Blood and gore dripped from its fangs at it looked down at them all.*
Mutant Corball: “I am Damballah-wedo the serpent spirit, and in the name of Seraph the Baka, I shall devour your flesh.”
*Green looked up at this beast with fear in her eyes*
Green: “This is not my doing… THIS IS NOT MY DOING!! Dambala—Dambala how could you let yourself become a slave of power?! How could you let Seraph control you with the Mawu Lisa?!”
*The Mutant Corball looked deep into Green’s emerald eyes and chuckled*
Damballah-wedo: “I am no longer the spirit you worship and respect… Please… kill me now… Save me from this torture!”
*With that last plea for mercy the mutant Corball lunged as the group.*
Damballah-wedo: “KILL ME NOW!!”
(Whoo, big monster battle, you know you love it!)

Nathan suddenly twists and an explosion of power surrounds him. His glaive sings out in an arc around him, scattering the cobralls in a rush of silver metal. Then he steps back, away from Green, away from Dambala, and leans against a tree.
"This should be a good show," he says cheerily, surveying the captive pets, "I'll place my bets on the ugly cobrall thing."

Reltin: "Yargh!!"
Cobralls advanced on the three Dark Lupes, hissing meancingly.
Pierce: "What in blazes?"
Velbar: "They're all over me!"
Reltin stabs one with his pike. He then tries to hit another one, but there are too many for him to fight. Pierce leaps off his Uni, and then wildly slashes the Cobralls. Reltin and Velbar back away, giving Pierce wide berth.
Pierce: "Take this you little striped horrors!"
Pierce gains strength with each defeated Cobrall, as his blade is a Sword of Life Stealing. Finally, the attacking Cobralls lie dead on the ground.
Reltin: "Very impressive, Pier..."
Pierce: "There's no time to waste. We must find the source of this curse. There are still Cobralls appearing."

Just as the boy is about to answer, some of the Cobralls land on him.
With a yell, he jumps in the air, and hovers there, using a short sword to hack off any Cobralls still on him.
After he's done, he looks at Damballah-wedo.
"What the-"

Jade stares up into the eyes of the mutated Cobrall. She reaches for her dagger.
"Don't go any further! all of you, stop this!"
Jade stops right away, heeding the words from the stranger. At the edge of the woods, in the bushes, there is another strangled sob, and a red and blue form staggers out and collapses. "Someone help me... I don't want this..."

Lotta: **looks up at the cobrall and gets her spear ready. She thinks to herself when to throw it. When she finally does, it lands right in the middle of it's eye**

The form, nothing more than a bundle of red fur and blue feathers, attempts to stand up. "Rina!" Jade calls as she sees her sister. It is Rina, a Lulerie. "No one... ever listens to me anymore..." The Lulerie succeeds in standing up, and there is a blinding flash of light coming from her front paws. One each front ankle, there is one ring. They're golden, with a pattern in a darker gold on them. It's a vertical line on each side, with four wavy lines, two inbetween each. Under and above each wavy line, there is a dot. "Can someone get these off of me already?!" she screeches. OOC: If anyone actually tries to, they can't be removed.  |

A blue shoyru sitting near the clearing was about to take a bite out of his sandwhich when the corballs started falling from the sky. Ahh evil corballs from the sky! he shouts.Then he gets up and pulles out his sword and starts slicing them...Soon the ground around him is strewn with the bodys of fallen corballs.

Shai: **her eyes glow redder and redder. She moves her hand and a fireball starts to fly down to everyone**
Lotta: **looks at the fireballs. Her eyes widen** No, that b--! Everyone, don't let those fireballs touch you!
