Other: Wears a black bowler hat so others can know where he is. Often carries Reggin around.
Purgey walks down the street. A sleeping snorlkin can be seen in his arms (Reggin looks like he's floating, really...). As he's soaked to the bone, you can see a vague outline of him as he walks. He stops, picking up a 10 NP coin on the ground.
"Well... That's a bit of luck..." He grasps it in his hand and continues to walk, despite the fact that he notices the small group of neopets.

Purgey stopped and sighs. He always loved it when it rained. He sets down Reggin on a nearby bench and sits down next to him, leaning back against the wood... Purgey never really minded getting wet.

Though no one can see it, Purgey scowls at Lightning. He the looks down at Reggin to see if he was still asleep. Instead of seeing a solid snorlkin, Purgey sees a ghost-like one ((transparent, I mean)). He picks up what he can see of Reggin and sets him in his lap, gently saying, "It's alright, Reg... Noone's going to hurt you... Calm down..."
