Corran looks up as the comlink comes to life. He looks into the faces of the two people on the comscreen.
"Hey! Finally I get a response. You folks causing trouble for the fun of it, or did that guy just get on your bad side? Seriously though, nice fireworks. Now, did you dump those R2's in my flight path on purpose, or did they all decide to jump ship themselves?"
"By the way, I'm Corran. I have a last name, but I'd rather not use it. I don't normally do this, but I'm between cargoes and I was wondering if you might need a little repair work or a tow."

Drake decides to answer about the R2 units.
"The R2 units, were of a new version. If you haven't heard, for the past few weeks they have been going hywire. These ones just decided to go off dureing this battle. So I was forced to dump them, before they caused any damge. Now about that battle... I fear I have no clue about it. But he might."
Drake turns to the owner of the ship.
"By the way, my name is Drake."

Corran winces at the thought of haywire droids.
"Bad luck about those R2's then, those new models are expensive. I hope you can get a refund."
Corran turns to Arone "Just to be on the safe side, how about you shut down for diagnostics? I can handle this on my own for now."

((hmmm... I don't think I've encountered a reference to the Yuuzhan Vong before... only intergalactic invaders I've read about are the Ssi-ruuk. Get me up to speed, would you))
"No clue about that other ship, sorry. I just paid a bundle to update my ship listings and I can't find anything that looks remotely like it. Either I got ripped off or somebody new has decided to join the neighborhood."
