I'm finally going to be in the NT again! But I'm a bit confused. I always thought that the Fyora Day issue wouldn't come out until next week? |

Looks like it's coming out this Friday, because my Fyora comic got heldover today and bam, acception letter five hours later. Funny thing, Fyora Day is June 2nd, having the issue on the 5th wouldn't have been a big stretch. But special issues tend to come out before the actual day, so guess this is one of those cases.

I think Droplet tries to do that so that the issue is running during the special day. Sometimes we seem to forget that the NT is there for a whole week, not just the Friday it comes out on. On a slightly unrelated note... I just got a held-over letter for a series I've been working on for the last forever. =^^= After having a pretty awful week I was preparing for the worst, so words cannot describe how happy and hyper I am right now. It's eleven parts, the longest story I've ever written, and to add a bit of extra icing it should be running during issue 400. *GLEE* proboards.com |

Yup, that's right. You receive NM in Spanish or English, depending on your language, but you have to submit it in English.
And as fas as I know, you don't receive NM from the Spanish NT. I send one back in October and is still "waiting to be accepted or rejected" (I know this because I still can't use the title "Starry Stuff" on my comics, I have to add something else, like a number of what's is about).
It seems that you've played Neo only in English xP

I don't remember from last year. *Checks the archive and her calendar* Nope, no special issue, and the NT wasn't published on the 28th, so I guess they took the day off. Though I seem to recall a couple people having some Thanksgiving-y submissions to the NT, there was nothing official. TNT doesn't usually do anything particularly special for Thanksgiving, aside from the occasional Gobbler-themed items. |

Is it likely that the 10th birthday NT issue could be a special issue? And if it is a special issue, is it your acceptance neomail which includes what your prize is or do you receive another neomail after your work has been published? I'm asking because I got published in this weeks issue and it looks kinda special with all the birthday stuff!  |
