((Sorry about that, this last week has been really busy.))
Miri had been sitting, letting her eyes adjust to the dark around her so that she might stare at things while thinking about the current situation. It was during this that she heard a crazed yell that made her jump. She recognized that yell; it was MPG... G must be in control.
The smarter part of her conscience told her that she shouldn't be involved in whatever was happening while G was loose, and that it would be better to run away and/or hide and try not to be in sight. However, she was still curious as to what was happening... too curious. Miri got up and tried to hide in the shadows as she attempted to follow the direction of where the voice came from. Considering the size of the basement, however, she knew it would be difficult to pinpoint the exact location of the screamer. Still, she pressed on.
((You can decide if she's able to find you guys.))

((I was kind of wondering how to proceed >> We could stand here talking about how strange the quake felt, or we could see what Zander and MPG are doing. Not entirely certain we'd be able to find those two though.))

((I don't see any way out of this, unless we could hear Zander and MPG, otherwise we'd just go back to bed?))

"Oh, ok,"Fallon said, waved to Hope, and groaned.
"I'm going to bed,"she muttered, and turned around, running off into her room.
((Whats happening?))

G was hit full force by Zander's attack and was knocked back. As he lay on the ground his vision and his thoughts became jumbled and disoriented, and the fear that he began to feel started to turn into vulnerability as all anger that he once felt began to dissolve along with G.
P suddenly sat up, gasping for breath. What had happened? Why was he in this place?
He frowned as the events that had occurred when he was G suddenly came flooding back to him. Pain in his head, running through the hall, and then...
Zander! He had intentionally attacked Zander!
As he saw the fellow inmate nearby, also on the ground, P stood up and quickly ran over to him. "Zander," he said, panting. "I am so, so sorry. I don't know what got into-" P stopped short in the middle of the sentence. Of course, he knew what got into him.
G did.
"...I'm sorry," he repeated.
((Sorry for taking a while to reply, by the way. I feel like I've been slowing things down with my absence...))

Zander coughed, one hand massaging his throat, as he sat up to see if he had done any damage. His head was still pounding horribly, but the danger of passing out was gone for now. As he watched, G's prone form began to move, and he tensed, his eyes narrowing.
He swung his fist hard at the man's jaw before it registered that this was not G, that he was no longer in any danger. Still, his blood was up, and this new discovery did not reassure him. "P," he rasped furiously, still tense. "You don't know anything, do you?" It was infuriating; he wanted to know more about what he'd just felt, and now...
His train of thought was cut off by a sudden, unexpected sound. Footsteps. "Quiet," he hissed unnecessarily at P, his body going rigid as he looked up into the darkness of the basement. "Someone's coming."

Miri had broken into a run, still keeping in the direction that she believed the voice came from. Miri knew that she would have no chance against G in a one-on-one confrontation. However, Miri could still run and hide, and she had to see what was happening.
Miri would've missed the section containing the staircase completely had she not almost run into a wall. After stopping herself, she put her back to the wall and peered through the door-like opening to see two figures. Miri attempted to stay hidden while keeping extremely quiet while she tried to discern their features.

Hope shook her head, frustrated. If what the man Taliesin had described was the cause of her foggy head, she didn't want any part of it. Slowly she sauntered away from the group, back toward the courtyard. She doubted that anyone would have gone in there in the short time she'd been out, and she wanted to do her stargazing. She walked out and lay her head on the ground, damp with dew, and stared at the lights. She loved the stars, and she felt that love with an intensity nothing and no one else at the Asylum seemed able to inspire in her. She smiled, for a time ignoring the feeling in her head.

((well, I wasn't going to post so soon, but no one else is. xD))
The sound stopped, and Zander still couldn't see anyone. Leaving P behind without a word, he stood up and walked cautiously forward until he reached an opening before them. It seemed they were in a sort of chamber, not a corridor as he'd thought; it was hard to tell in the dark.
There was someone out there. Without really hesitating, Zander leaped forward and jumped them, trying to pin the watcher to the wall. "Who are you?" he snarled. "What do you want?"

((I would've, but I was waiting for a reply first. ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) )) Miri's eyes went wide open as one of the figures got closer, and not long later, the figure seemed to be lunging at her. Miri tried to move away in time, but she didn't make it. She got pinned to the wall. "Agh!" Miri let out, partially out of fear, but also from having the wind knocked out of her. Miri could tell from the masculine voice that her assailant wasn't a nurse, which she was grateful for, not that she appreciated being pinned to the wall in the first place. "Let go! It's me!" Miri cried out, struggling.

Fallon ran into the hallway. Something was wrong, and she knew it.
"Hello? Anyone?"she whispered, and sat down, back against the wall, waiting for someone, anyone, to talk to her.

((Right. Let's say this here. Assuming no other odd things happen, Ender would most likely ignore the headache and earthquake and go back to sleep. Except that's a boring thing to post and ties me to that in the event of something else happening, which is alway possible. So yeah. I'm unlikely to post until morning arrives, just because of that. 'kay?))

((Yes, Fallon has really creepy weird hearing.)) ((If she can hear that, then she'd practically be able to hear anything that goes on, anywhere in the Asylum. Which would get pretty loud for the poor girl. Also, how many times am I going to say this: hidden entrance is hidden. At least, you know, show that your character has a hard time finding it. Think about it this way: only Zander has even found this entrance before. Ever. (Until now, of course, when G followed him down.) Aside from him, only Nour and Miri have found the basement, it seems. This isn't just sitting out in the open. As for me, I'm going to wait a bit to see what Candy and/or OG will do, then I'll try to get this wrapped up since it seem that most people are done with the night stuff.))
