Ew, look like a random bunch of clothing were plastered onto them, especially for the boy. The choice of colours makes it worse as well. On the other hand, the non paintbrush clothing is better

Hmm.. I'm pretty sure that the royal boy kacheek's base color is wrong. He has eye lashes. This may be like that snow buzz glitch.
The clothes are cool.
EDIT: looking back the boys clothes remind me a lot of that shenkuu performer set in the mall. XD

They're Shenkuu-style!
I like them, except the jewels look cheesy & the RG's headgear looks like it's slipping down.
Nice details on the clothes, I like the colouring on the dress especially.
Not a fan of the teal base colour, though -- I'd double paint with pink or something to get rid of it.

Well, they're certainly... interesting? X3 Definitely Asian-inspired, though I'm not completely certain the specifics. I think the girl's dress is really cute. The headdress is also pretty cute, but I do wish the center gem was a little smaller, so as to not be so tangent to her eyes.
The boy's outfit is a bit peculiar. Almost looks sci-fi, if you ignore the headdress. And with the headdress, they look like airplane propellers. XD
The teal is a pleasant color, though I'm not sure it goes well with the girl. (Like cappa said, maybe that's not the base of the boy?) I'd definitely repaint their base after getting the clothes if I were going for a Royal Kacheek.

I think the female actually looks really good. I like the dark green mixed with pink/red. And the headpiece is spectacular. The dress is nice too: very understated and smooth. But it kind of looks like she's wearing a backpack. xD
The male: I agree with Cappa that something looks wrong with the body. As for the clothes, I'm not really a fan. The hat is gigantic and not very royal. The rest... eh, it's ok. Not anything really awesome, though.

Oh-oh-oh! When I first saw them in New Features, I wanted to cry, "They're lovely!!!" The teal is a great contrast with the deep red, and the outfits are so much more exotic than the stereotypical Royal. Definitely a touch of Asian culture there. If I hadn't decided to limit myself to seven pets, I might get a Royal Kacheek. Edit: it kind of looks like she's wearing a backpack. xD Actually, I think that's inspired by the Japanese kimono - traditional kimonos have a big ribbon-pouch thing that looks a bit like a backpack. If I remember correctly, the kimono can be folded up into the "backpack" when it is time to store it away. Very convenient, and pretty too. ^^

The big sash is named an "Obi" I believe I personally think they look cute; not the best, but I can't help but go "Aww" at them And I like the teal color too

Don't really like the guy, the headpiece is way too busy. But the girl is really pretty. <33

I'm not very fond at that shade of green, but I really like the clothes of both. ^_^ If I could somehow get the Royalgirl Kacheek's Rose without the rest of her crown, I would be buying a Royal paintbrush for my kacheek right now. XD

The headwear looks too big for them. D: It gives an odd mental image of their huge heads being weighed down more than ever and not being able to lift them an inch.

W-why such dislike? D: I think they're both awesome. Those clothes are just... unique. In a good way. XD There's so many things I like about them. I love that the boy's headgear is huge and riduclous (that doodle is adorable, Cappa) and... I want a Kacheek. ;-;

Thanks Jakie. ^_^ I do think though that the clothes on these kacheeks are incredibly intricate! I think the artists do deserve a thumbs up for the attention to detail. thumbs up, guys!
