Shiny =D The card is done and on the list (with a shortened name, cos the title space is too limiting x.x), as well as The White Weewoo (I remembered that I had perfectly fitting art for it). Funny how there are no Fire and Light cards yet. Should get some done one day, just to balance things out. *is starting to wonder whether it'd pay to make this thread a temporary announcement, just so that more people would notice it and maybe be nudged into spur-of-the-moment drawings, what with the TCG itself being pretty much forgotten by the general public* |

Semi-important Update-y Type Stuff ... I Think
Ok, I'm a woman on a mission and that mission is to take our awesome card list and turn every single one of 'em into card art. I've been talking it over with Hunty and we're going to split the work 50/50 to take some of the strain off her. This is a huge job even without having to organize the art and whatnot.
So yeah, any art that has already been submitted need not be submitted again, we'll simply modify those cards that need to be modified and when each card is completed and uploaded, I'll modify that spiffy list on the card list thread with a link to the images.
Speaking of, though ... I proposed that the card format be modified slightly to make it easier to include large amounts of information. Y'see, you folks tend to like putting in as many words as you can and it makes it difficult. I've shaved the wording down as much as possible but the cards that have variable damage or multiple effects tend to not fit into the current format. I proposed either making the text slightly smaller and/or changing the font to make it fit better, but any modification ideas are welcome.
So, you may now start drawing and submiting art. As mentioned in the first post (which Hunty will update whenever she isn't being crushed by her workload) you should probably call dibs on which cards you'll be drawing AND MAKE SURE YOU DO THE DARN ART! Because if you don't, the card may never get done. And that would be sad. Don't make me sad ... @______________@
Anywho, same story as last time. Gopher it, folks!

DX I know it's not anywhere on my computer, which means I probably never saw it. I think I'll save all incoming card art from this point forth, just so that image hosts and whatnot won't eat it. We'e had what, three rounds of card art so far and the early bits weren't under my command and when I took over, a number of the original links were ded >> So feel free to repost it. |

Note about art ... duh
Please don't start making art for the event cards just yet, as Hunty and I will eventually look over the list and a few things may be changed. But by all means, go and do some art for the fighter/forumer cards, since the rest of the card is gonna get made real soon. ^_^
